“After taking my car to my local mechanic for some routine maintenance, they informed my my battery's charge seemed low and wanted to sell me a new one. We knew we bought it from Battery Warehouse and checked when we bought it. It seemed odd that it would be so low, because the car was showing no signs of difficult starting.

We met the owner, and she was as pleasant and professional as can be and took very good care of us and our dog Lyndie was thrilled to meet her. She informed us she would check our battery first, and it turns out, our battery was just fine. She said that the terminals were a bit loose and wondered what the cause of that might be. I will just say that our local mechanic was the last one to touch the battery and leave it at that.
