The only reason I use is because costco is a ways farther. This BJs lacks in customer service as if they did not care at all. The employees are rude and aggressive. I don’t really like to mention the racism card but in this BJs is evident.Variety of products is low compared to other similar stores. If you must shop here, be prepared…

We picked up a ready made pizza to cook at home on Sunday evening. Ferrero Pizza. It was probably the worst pizza we have ever eaten. Don't buy! We love BJ's and shop there frequently but this product is not good.

Customer service at BJ's has as a rule been good but not today . When there is a clearance sign and multitude items in the clearance rack of same item some are marked down and some not then my opinion is the customers right to get the clearance price. Today I was given the answer it was a different color but since there was only one of that color in the store I find that answer questionable. Plus half of the same items was marked down to clearance price and the other half not. Next thing the store does is remove all the shirts that were marked down. What happen to truth in advertising the clearance sign was right there. The once marked with clearance tags not only had one yellow sticker on them but underneath a green clearance tag.Just an FYI never tell a customer You are trying to help them when you are trying to cover up a mistake on your part or just plain lying

I still pluck coupons after I get to the store. Then I see ad's in the coupon book for digital coupons, which means I have yet another task to do before I get to the "self" checkout. So tell me, what's the point of the membership again? Cause I'm still jumping through hoops to get the best deals in this over inflated economy.

Not bad...Each wholesale place has its perks. Definitely not as crowded as Costco.

If I could leave less than one star I would. My friend Michele scheduled an appointment for Friday with Zach at 4 PM to get her tire fixed. She arrived about 10 minutes before her appointment and Zach was no where to be found. Eventually another worker pointed him out and he responded and said to stop telling people who he was because he was trying to leave. Michele had spoken with him earlier that day to make this appointment for 4 PM. He was very dismissive and disrespectful, telling her that someone else would help her and he was trying to leave for the day. He did not look at her nor give her the decency to face her while speaking to her. The only saving grace to this visit was the younger gentleman that ended up helping Michele with her tire. Kudos to him because I would not want to work in an environment where you have employees that do not genuinely care about their job or the customers they service. It's a shame that Michele had to experience this kind of customer service. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere if you have issues with your tires. I would not pay to be disrespected. Zach, if you see this, I hope you see how simply being a nice human being can get you so far in life.

Nothing (food, fuel, clothes, supplies, etc.) is priced competitively enough to justify the membership

I have spent thousands at this store each year with a membership of $65, now they want $110 and are willing to lose thousands over $45? Dumb I then tried to call Corp number, 17 times to speak to a real person, either got a fast busy or it hung up. I done with this place, going to drive further to Costco instead!

They put thier Flonase in plastic cases with a tiny sticker that, if you squint, you can see the word "cage" on it... which I assumed meant the front. It wasn't just me, there was another woman asking me what it meant. I had already stood waiting up front for 15 minutes to have a rude employee come up to me to tell me that I needed to buy it in line first ... although there is no barcode on the plastic box...and then stand in line at the front to get the Flonase. The lines were long ... not worth it. I just left and bought it at the grocery store. But why, after waiting, couldn't I buy it up front? They have cashiers.

Price and selection is good, but it is not worth being harassed by the countless spam bots they have roaming the aisles. I may be ok with one or two people approaching me, even that would be annoying, but my trip this morning I had 4 different people try to sell me something while I was in their store already buying something. Enough is Enough BJ's. It's just not enjoyable and not worth it.
