Recently had the 5,000 mile free first oil change at the Westminster, Maryland Kia Dealership for my 2025 K5 GT. As always, the Service Department is top notch. Employees are always very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I have purchased five (5) KIA’s (Forte’s, K5 GT’s, and a Telluride) in the past three (3) years for myself and other family members. The Management, Finance Department, and Sales Department personnel were extremely helpful and very professional. I would recommend this Dealership without hesitation. I would be remiss if I did not personally recognize my Sales Person “Bernie” who puts the customer first, as shown during all my five (5) past vehicle purchases !

Karen and I had an outstanding experience at the Buchanan Kia dealership, and we can’t say enough about the level of professionalism we encountered. What stood out most was the complete lack of pushiness — something that’s rare and incredibly refreshing in the car‑buying world. We never felt rushed or pressured, just supported and well‑informed every step of the way.

I can’t say enough amazing things about everyone at Buchanan Kia . Such a pleasure to work with the entire staff. Would recommend if you’re looking to buy a Kia.. Our salesmen was Rick Rogers , he took the time to answer my questions , and help me set up some of the features. He was fantastic .

He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, understood that we wanted to conclude our business fast and made every effort to do all the paperwork as quickly as possible. My 2020 Kia Soul required an engine rebuild. Buchanan Kia took a stressful event and made my experience awesome! My car was covered under warranty and the service staff went the extra mile to get my vehicle running like new. Andrew the service manager addressed a chief concern in the process and worked with me above and beyond. Damian was there for me throughout the process. 5 Stars. I had my car serviced yesterday at Buchanan Kia. They have a new policy to charge a 3% fee to use a credit card. They did not tell me this before the work was done on my car. Also, there is no line item on the bill for the credit card fee. I have a credit card receipt that does not match my invoice. I asked if I could get a new invoice with the credit card fee listed so it will match the receipt. The Service Manager told me the ticket was closed and there was nothing he could do.
Keep this in mind if you plan to use a credit card here!

We had an exceptional experience leasing our most recent vehicle at Buchanan Kia. In fact, this was our second time leasing a car from them and both experiences were amazing. Our sales person, Nathan Grocki, really listened to what our needs were in terms of the vehicle specifications and what our budget was. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. The entire team at Buchanan Kia is awesome and we will certainly continue to buy and lease our cars from this dealership.
