A neighbor used this company for their moving needs. My review is based on my negative experience with the crew and office management. The company’s truck was parked on my lawn. I repeatedly requested that they adjust their positioning to avoid ruining my grass. They did not move. I finally called the number listed on the truck. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and disrespectful, noting that the driver had notified him of the issue, and I could just call the police if I wanted. He raised his voice at me for absolutely no reason. If I don’t want a truck on my lawn, that is my right as a homeowner. Terrible.

It started great, but they rushed out before finishing - left half of my bedframe downstairs and my sofa and other bedroom things in a heap. Told them the whole point of paying all that money was because of my TBI and they made a flood of excuses until I was quite fed up. In the end I got a small courtesy refund, which helped, but I would suggest them not to rush through jobs for what they charge and also to protect precious items with blankets by default. Just was expecting a stress-free experience and didn't really get that. On top of the actual move bring average at best the manager was gruff on the phone when all I wanted was to ask a question. At least the movers themselves are friendly.

We couldn’t have had a better experience. I worked with JR to obtain our moving quote. The price was the best of all the quotes I had. Moving day all 3 movers arrived on time, and ready to work. They were so kind, and truly the most professional. They took great care to move all our things. Not one issue at all. Every item made it to the new home without an issue. The movers were the best! I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding customer service, they arrived on time as promised at the pickup address and arrived at the drop off point on time.The delivery guys were great, friendly and professional.And the best part was the did my delivery on a Sunday.I will be using this company for all my moving needs and recommending them to my friends in the MDV area. They also offer military discount.

Best move ever. They showed up on time, took no breaks, and when we realized we forgot a couple bookcases, they went back and got them. This was a big move and they handled it well.

We still haven't heard from Rick Bssler regarding the $2000 he owes to my son Christian for his work as a juvenile. He is heart broken and feels ripped off as I do.We are sad that Westminster Budget movers are criminal.

I am quite unhappy with the way our move from Westminster to Towson was handled on 07/09/2022. Several items were damaged and had to be repaired. The crew (with the exception of Darryl) was rude and complaining all the time, and they didn't even finish the job. They didn't move boxes they said were too heavy.(Wooden futon frame completely disassembled, antique dresser mirror missing screws and hanging askew, leg stand wrenched off trestle table that my dad made...screw was bent!, tv cabinet paint scuffed, exercise bike broken (and they didn't even put it on the truck)...and that's what I have noticed so far) I had to hire someone else to finish on Sunday. For $1800. I felt like better care should have been taken with my furniture. They did not even try to move a bar upstairs, saying it "was too heavy" and "would never make it" while on Sunday the other movers got it up there with no issues whatsoever.I am extremely disappointed with Mr. Lee and his crew. I have used Budget Movers previously and had a good experience, that is why I called you for this move.If the need ever arises again...I will not risk having this kind of experience again.If some compensation could be made I would greatly appreciate it, but after this experience I certainly don’t expect much of anything.

When I hired them, I was greeted with the stench of cigarettes and body odor Not professional at all my furniture was not in the condition it was when it left my house, my bathroom was also used with out permission and left like a pig pen I do not recommend these people WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Art and his crew just moved us from MD to PA and did a wonderful job. We could not have asked for a more hard working, skilled group of movers. From the first interaction, Art (owner) was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. They were on time and very efficient in moving our 4 bedroom 4500 sq ft home to our new home. They went above and beyond by being patient with us as we told them where exactly to put everything in the new home. They always had a smile on their face and we really felt like they were family. We would use them and recommend them again in a heartbeat!
