Everything with caliber collision was amazing, from start to end of my vehicles repairs after being rear ended. Ronnie K helped me through the whole process and kept me updated every step of the way. The work was done in their estimated time frame and everything went smoothly with returning the rental and getting my vehicle. The repairs they did look good as brand new! The repair took a bit of time, the result of additional damage being discovered along the way. However, I appreciate the fact that they didn't rush the repair and took the time to do the job right. The car looks like it's brand new again.

Excellent customer service here. Detailed consultation and they strive to get it right the first time. The first time I visited for a minor fender bender and they gave me a great recommendation to save me money vs just taking my money. So brought relative to them for a more serious accident. I took my car to Caliber Collision after receiving many positive recommendations, from the insurance company and others. Immediately when I spoke to Bob Russell, I felt assured and confident that it would all be fine. Bob continued to keep me posted along the way. The front staff were personable and professional. My car now looks excellent. I will certainly use Caliber Collision in the future if I ever need repair and I highly recommend them.
