“I have a high-end gaming desktop and I started to have an issue with it I took it to another local repair shop an end result was they could not fix the issue but told me that I should plan on buying new hardware that totaled around $3,500 Monday morning i dropper my computer off at Carroll Computer Connection just talking to the staff I felt that I was in a better place and I was amazed that when they called me back they had it fixed in the time frame they said and it was $90 for the repair. I was amazed it working properly for a week but then Norton's actually ended up causing the issue again after talking to the staff we came up with the best solution and I can't describe how happy I've been with their service and the performance of my computer hands down best place in the area for computer repairs. I also had to bring up a laptop after my father died to have data transferred from his laptop to the new laptop my mother bought they had it done in two days and we're very accommodating on asking me what specifically needed to be saved make sure that no data was lost and having them do that helped my mother in a really hard time. I've talked to multiple employees and they are all very friendly they're all very knowledgeable and honestly I don't think I would trust having my computer at another store especially after taking my computer to a reputable service center and having them tell me it was going to be thousands to fix just to pay $90 to have it actually fixed by Carroll Computer Connection if you live in Westminster or the surrounding area don't waste your time go right to Carroll Computer Connection”
