For two years straight. They never have the prescription in store. Everything is on coming the next day (maybe). They will grab the refill in the system and not fill it for days. Many times mail order is faster.

This pharmacy is amazing! I saw the doctor in the morning, and by the time I got to the store my prescriptions were ready. Everyone is always so friendly. Glad I am able to pick up prescriptions in this particular pharmacy!

The people in this pharmacy are so helpful. The other day I couldn't find amoxicillin anywhere for my kid. This pharmacy had the medication. They made sure to transfer my prescription, fill it out, and check me out with 15 minutes. The staff is very courteous, helpful and polite.

Anytime I’ve called this Pharmacy with questions they have been extremely helpful. They’ve all been lovely to me when I come in to pick up my prescriptions which most of the time they do have in. I have experienced a couple of times where there have been frustration because they were out of certain medications. But that wouldn’t make me give the pharmacy a good review and the people who work there a good review. My experiences have been very positive.

My whole family has been going to this pharmacy for years and we have had nothing but great experiences both in person and over the phone. We've had adverse reactions, med changes, many different doctors and specialists prescribing different meds and everyone has always been friendly, understanding and helpful.

This is my very first negative google review of any business. I have several serious diseases, and rely on my medications. I received 2 texts about a specific prescription (with the first 3 letters of the medication), and then when I followed up with a phone call, they couldn't find any record of my prescription. After following up with several other sources it became clear that a staff had deleted my prescription from their computer system. I received no apologies. No admission of error on their part. The staff I spoke with on the phone said on a Saturday that I would have to contact my doctor to have the prescription sent again. When I pressed further and read them my texts, the staff said "I am not going to go around and around with you about this." I had to go without my needed prescription for 2 days until I was able to contact my physician the following Monday. Completely unacceptable. This was medical negligence. And multiple times in the past they have been out of common medications. I hope I never have to use this CVS branch again.

I've never been to a pharmacy before that just says "we don't have that" when you show up to pick up your prescription. This has happened 3 times here in the last few days. Just go to the other one across town where they keep sending me

Worst experience ever. They were unable to process my prescription even though they had it right there in their hand. and the pharmacist literly laughed when i said i was just going to go home and suffer. No apology or anything

I have just moved to the Westminster area and chose Target as my pharmacy. I had previously had a good relationship with the Target pharmacy in Cockeysville, MD. After two visits to the Target pharmacy in Westminster, I will not be returning. I found the pharmacist and the technicians to have negative, argumentative and condescending attitudes during each encounter. On my second visit, a routine prescription, which was needed immediately, was not filled until six days after I had dropped the prescription off. Long story short: The pharmacist blamed my doctor's office on the delay, and unfairly lectured me about the issues they had contacting the doctor. To my knowledge, the fault with the delay lied solely with Target pharmacy.
