Visit this farm store. Limited hours but the pork products are especially good..

Brought my turkey as I usually do from Evermore farm. Dried brined it for 24hrs then smoked it on a Traeger.
Cooked to perfection.
But the star of the meal was the Berkshire Ham, Wow! The family couldn't stop eating it. Now Thanksgiving will always have a ham from Evermore farms.
