Mrs Sutphin was a very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, professional that explained everything really well, but the way she was accommodating to my 13 yr old also, and told us to be careful riding our bikes home was beyond professional, it was caring. Keep in mind I haven't gotten my taxes back yet, if I knew anything about taxes I never would have had this experience ?, but even if they come back messed up I don't think I could be mad because money Ain't everything and we should all be as loving and caring ?

I had never been to a tax office before, I chose H & R Block after talking with my brother. I was greeted, I like the way the lady helped me and I would definitely return.

I dont know about the app but i ended up paying just a hair shy of $600 to spend half a hour of my life signing and accepting the terms, I will do it myself next year before i pay that much again but i do have to give the lady credit she was a pro

This is an absolute joke of a firm. They can't handle taxes that require anything outside of a 1040EZ form.None of them are actual CPAs, and their software mishap cost me over $100k, please stay away.Particularly Nilima Shah - do not let her touch your taxes.

The "professionals" of this branch are not real CPAs. I made the mistake of having them handle a complex return and was extremely disappointed. They use software to plug and chug the numbers from a simple W2, which ended up costing me over 100k in taxes. This was a life-changing amount of money, which completely blindsided me and set me back financially for years to come. Their compensation, with "peace of mind guarantee", is $6,000. This is the most help that you can hope for to cope with their mistakes.Nilima Shah and the one "CPA" that they have on staff is completely inept, you'll probably have better luck taking tax matters into your own hands or paying LESS than what they charge to a REAL CPA who KNOWS the tax code and doesn't rely on the software for all calculations and validations.
