Have now used them 4 times for team jerseys. Have worked well to get me customs designs using ideas I present. Quality of shirts and price are at the same level of pre-designed shirts you can find on the internet. Will continuing using in the future.

Scratched my moms car, did a horrible job wrapping it then accused her of lying. They CUT THE VINYL DIRECTLY ON THE CAR… and did not care in the slightest. Their customer service is dirt poor. Do not go to these scammers

Great people and workmanship. Shawn and Maryann went out of their way with my tailgate idea. They went out of their way to include taking a day trip to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial so they could see in person the panel I wanted to have put on my tailgate. Their ideas really added to the finished work to my vehicle. Thank you for that.

Upon my initial visit the young lady there was very detail oriented and eager to please, very knowledgeable about their products and willing to answer questions. What I'm guessing is the head woman then arrived. I asked for a quote for several items and had to provide the designs via email and felt like I was rushed out the door. The head lady in there seemed to have an attitude when I left. I provided the designs via email the very next day. A few days went by with no reply so I called them eager to get my quote. I was told they were working on it. About a week later still nothing. So I called again and was told this main woman was on the phone and that she would get to it. now 2 days later after that there is still nothing. No email, no phone call, no attempt at a progress report what so ever. Are you serious? I have a business to run myself and don't have time for being brushed off and not taken seriously. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My husband and I went into this place over a month ago to get 18 shirts made! We were there about a half an hour took all the information she needed. Said she would email us well we’re still waiting on an email! I’m sorry but this is not professional at all. I don’t recommend them!! ??

It took me numerous emails back and forth to get any solid answers and I was constantly having to "follow up" after days without a response. Then they scheduled to come to my house twice before just never responding to me again about my decals. When they weren't going to show up they never notified me they just went radio silent. I understand these are difficult times, but if you schedule a time to do something with someone and don't follow-up, that's not good business.
