Terrible experience. She couldn't find a vein and kept twisting the needle around. Stuck me several times. I have bad bruising and swelling.

This place is not customer friendly; there is a lady who is very intrusive asking personal questions. I tried to be polite for fear of being mistreated but it is totally unacceptable behavior on the part of the employee. Whoever owns this company seems not to care about public opinion or customer care!

I had a fantastic experience while there today. Fran was my phlebotomist and she was so nice. She was kind and caring. She got to know me. She was so delightful to deal with. And, she got me on the first stick! I couldn't leave without putting in a good review for her. Thank you Fran!!! ♥️?

My experience was quick and Laura was INCREDIBLE. I would come back here for her any day. She was nice from billing and insurance all the way to the actual drawing. She is great with anxious patients- ask for her!!

Worst location ever, require appointments but do not follow it. I arrived before some people on top of that but was taken in after despite my appointment. If you are in a rush , please avoid this place, but if you have nothing else to do, sure
