Louann is a pro at her job. Wait time is a little long but the staff are great.

Made appointment online and when I arrived at the appointment time, I was taken immediately back for blood work. Dawn drew my blood and I did not even know she was done - that is how good she is!

Louanne was absolutely wonderful! I was slightly nervous, but she was very caring and did a great job. Overall I was in and out in about 15 minutes from the time of check in to leaving.

The staff is very helpful and immediately attended to my mother-in-law. It’s a customer friendly and professional place. Would definitely recommend this location!

Website says they open at 07:00 - not true, they open at 07:45. Got up early to be first in line, got there at 06:45, I am first in line but still have to wait an hour.

Got here before 7. Opened a few minutes after 7, only one person, the other 2 showed up about 7:15. Didn't take first patient until almost 7:30. Is now 7:40 and they have only done 2 people. Ugh

Horrible service- these lab slips must go into some black hole!!! The Dr can tell
Me exactly when it was sent over but all labcorp says is we don’t have it… then trying to resolve it yourself because they won’t, you can’t get a real person on the phone so it’s this never ending circle of waiting for a callback. Very sad and disappointing. Get it done someone where else if you can

Was in and out in 10 minutes. Scheduled online, checked in online and was seen right away. Staff was friendly and the lady drawing my blood did an fantastic job. Facility is simple but clean.

I’ve gone to this location for years and went last Tuesday. New person who was distracted by her phone took my blood. What’s weird is neither of my doctors got the results. You can’t even call this office because it’s just a recorded message to call my dr for results. Weird because they never received the results! I can’t just pop over there. What’s wrong with this country if our medical services are like from a deep village in the Amazon!

Walked into the Stoner Ave. Office without an appointment. Only waited five minutes. Staff was excellent. I tend to blackout but staff was so good at distracting me I got passed it quickly.

They are rude. Couldn’t find the vein on my baby and yelling at me that she was crying and not holding still.

This is for the stoner ave location!!I wish I could put negative stars. The old white lady that took my son’s blood was rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional! My son even talked to her and said “im scared doctor” and she just stared and ignored him. My son didn’t even give her a hard time. He let him take the blood and he was crying but tried his best to make it easy for her. She didn’t even get to do a good job taking it, kept trying to find a vein for a while. After all that had the gall to let out a big sigh in front of us. But she was nice to the white guy that followed after us, and yes we are asians. NOT ONLY THAT, my son developed a fever later that evening!!!! Not only is she NOT good at her job, im not even sure if it was sterile!!!! Extremely disappointing!!

My God, who hires these people!? I just got out of this Labcorp on 198 stoner Rd. Suite 140, Westminster, the intake person, argumentative, trying to tell me what my name is. I’ve lived with my name all my life and this condescending person trying tell me what I should be called! Then she ordered me to go to “Rm. 2.” She became more irritated when I told her to say please! Rude condescending woman, after I went to Rm 2, she moved me to Rm 1 because she refused to draw my blood. Fine, I felt safer having someone else drawing my blood. The lady who drew blood, Luane, seemed nice but did not seem to hear me when I said to use butterfly needles. She did not; she also tied the rubber band very tight on my arm. I think she did it on purpose because I corrected the intake woman. This place is very small and does not have privacy. People stared at you and can hear your information as they are drawing your blood. Whatever happens to HIPAA?! Be careful when going to these places, make sure you get your phone ready, not sure if you can tape in these places, but these individuals are highly unprofessional and no one monitors them. I see a law suit coming!
