Came to return a cat fountain and the cashier, whose name I believe was Gareth or Garret, helped me with alacrity. The replacement fountain has been running fine since he helped me get it.

I only go here for anything I need for my bearded dragon! Both Irene and Garrett are very helpful and great to talk to during my visits. They're professional, kind, and personable. From a customer service side, they are top tier!

Took 3 dogs in for grooming with Mackenzie, Amelia, and Jocey.
Everyone was so kind and our dogs look great!
We had a little hiccup with one of our dogs but the staff responded so professionally.
