Well i first went without appointment which was my mistake and my family doctor never mentioned to make one so driving 45 minutes to get there and finding out they were booked i left and went home then I set appointment up for following friday at 8am upon arrival only checkin was a kiosk with no staff to help and the kiosk was telling me i didn't have an appointment so I checked in as a walkin and waited for 2and a half hours and witnessed 3 other people come in and get frustrated when the kiosk said they didn't have scheduled appointments either so they left i was at top of the list for walkins but it wasnt happening so 1 person drawing blood is absolutely not enough help for a facility of this nature and noone there to help with any individuals walking in,in the end i drove 45 minutes back to my hometown local hospital and had my blood drawed within 15 minutes of walking through the door with no appointment thank you to wellspan health in Gettysburg and as for quest never will i walk through the doors of ur facility again ever and pity anyone else that gets the rude welcome i did at this place from the only one working there

Today at 8:30am I went in for a blood draw appointment. The black haired lady with bangs tried to use a needle that was way too big on my small veins. When I told her that no other phlebotomist has used anything but a butterfly on my small veins, she got an attitude and threw the needle and tube down and pulled out a butterfly. She then proceeded to SHOVE the needle in my arm very aggressively. When I flinched from it, she said I messed up the draw. I told her its because she shoved the needle in my arm aggressively. She then stormed out of the room and told the other phlebotomist to do it. The brown haired lady was very kind and gentle. If you're going to enter the medical field, you need to be kind and gentle with patients. Not mean and abusive.

I went to Quest for my bloodwork today. I had a great experience as I always do. But today was exceptional. My phlebotomist was Tremaine. She made the experience exceptional. She was so very pleasant that she made my day. I always use Quest for my bloodwork and always will. I highly recommend to sign up for an appointment well in advance. Definitely 5+ starts today

Had the least friendly and compassionate person named Felicia take me back after over an hour of waiting (even with an appt) just to tell me she couldn't find my doctor's lab orders and delete my appt and send me right back out without a care. Went right next store and LabCorp took me immediately and even helped me find my lab orders.

One of my worst experiences I’ve ever had at any lab testing facility. Had an appointment, still waited 2 hours and saw other people fly by me left and right. Not fair was so ever. The most annoying part is that they don’t have a phone number to call either. If any employee wants to use this place for testing, I’m not getting hired there at all.

Took my doctor's order for a basic metabolic panel after surgery to Lab Corp and was told after waiting for 20 minutes despite my appointment that they could not take the sample because I should have fasted. There was NOTHING on the order about fasting. I called my doctor's office and was told it was not necessary to fast for the basic metabolic panel! I walked next door to Quest and was in and out in 10 minutes. Don't trust your blood work to a lab (Lab Corp) that doesn't understand what to do for a basic metabolic panel. GO TO QUEST!

Had a great experience this morning! I checked in from my car, they texted me about 2 minutes after my appointment time to come in. I got a quick temperature check and went right in to have my blood work done. I believe Christy was the person taking care of me and she couldn't be any nicer. Friendly, professional, and a quick and painless blood draw. I've been to other places to have blood work done and they were no where near as good as Quest in Westminster. I will be going here from now on.
