Very friendly staff. No long waits at the Post Office and they are knowledgeable and efficient. You don't have to track down a ups or fed ex store... just hand your returns over and they take care of the rest. Highly recommended ?

Went into have a envelope package sent back that FedEx didn't send right item. Item was supposed to be sent back by us postal service to the business, this wasn't the case. It arrived back to my home address from post office stating postage due. This is something you think a shipping station would be able to help you with. I called them and they wouldn't even offer a refund cause of the mistake or try and make it right.

this place is a joke. they don't provide a receipt when dropping off a package. the lady (or man) i couldn't tell the difference, was rude and gave me attitude when i asked for a receipt. the response i got was "we don't give receipts". i took my package and left. i would't trust shipping anything out from this place.

Only fedex location for miles, won’t even print a label for a paying customer. Attendant rather rude. Would not recommend

They always have a smile. They let me drop off prelabled items without having to wait in a long line. I have been to places that have a line, don’t smile nor make you feel welcome. Not here. They take UPS, USPS AND FEDEX!! What is not to love.

I went in with a package. I told the gentleman at the courter it had to be at the final destination by Monday. He said UPS had not gone out yet, it was 4pm and if I sent it UPS he guaranteed it would be there by Friday. Friday come and went no delivery. Monday comes and now UPS tracking is not giving any information about my package. I call shipping station and the same guy tells me he would NEVER do that because the package went ground. AND told me to HOLD because he has customers. ummm I WAS A CUSTOMER and paid and now need help and you are to busy. OK NO PROBLEM. IF YOU USE THEM PLAN ON FIGURING EVERYTHING OUT YOURSELF BECAUE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR $$$ THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!!!!!
