Utter incompetents. In May we switched from AT&T to T-Mobile, who promised two free iPhones. They started charging us for the iPhones. I've been trying for 8 months to stop the charges. The store employees always tell us they will take care of it - but never do. I've been to the store 5 times now. In December we were told that starting in January the charges would stop and we'd be refunded for what we've paid. Didn't happen in January. Or February. Now they tell me I need to go to yet another store to work this out.

They give you a free phone with a new contract but unfortunately where I live there is no good service with any company. Employees were kind.

It took us several trips to get our phone issue resolved (it was a pretty unique issue) but they did get it done. I appreciate their diligence.

Canceled my service and had a credit on the account. Took forever to get a refund. Got a prepaid card in the mail less then a week ago. Went to activate and it appeared okay however it wouldn't run a transaction. Reached out to the issuing company North Lane and they said it was closed and the funds were returned to T-Mobile. What a scam. They purposefully make it impossible to get refunds on the money owed. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

Staff was efficient and responsive. They handled what I needed while also handling people sent to them from a neighboring store who had lost power. They did a good job of keeping all the plates spinning.

Out of all the years I've been with T-Mobile, I received the best in person customer service during my new phone purchase last week by a guy name Murry in the Westminster store. Outstanding service and keep up the good work.??

I am 84 quite hard of hearing ,and very inept with the I phone and the computer. I live in a mobil home park with no wifi or cable. After struggling with several other service providers I found this Tmobil store. I feel so lucky that I did. They fixed me up with their NOK Gateway unit and explained it all very clearly and loud enough that I could hear them. This wifi works perfectly with no start up hassles and I get good TV reception through it too. Thank you TMOBIL people in Westminster.

At this location you have to literally wait hours to get service they are helpful when you actually get served but be prepared to wait. I have gone there recently twice waited an hour and had to leave.

To long of wait..First we saw Liam..we were there two hours ..we decided to come back Liam told us he works Friday night..Friday no Liam..waited 2 hours .luckily the guy had our phones but very long night ended at 10:30 p.m.You need more help.
