Owner violated Federal Trade Commision Laws by refusing to give me my package after having valid drivers license, u.s. passport and ups tracking number available. Fraudulently misrepresented the return of my package using UPS services as return to sender as package exceeded alloted time at store when I was there to pick it up. Almost 2 weeks later, I still have not received my package back. It is my belief based upon the aggregious actions of the store that my package was never shipped. Save yourself and just go elsewhere.

Location not open when it said it was open. Store dark. Doors locked. Not a holiday or weekend. Many customers showed up and left angry because nobody ever opened this location.

Wow! Amazing customer service with beautiful smiles to go with it!
I brought about 20 items for Amazon return at about 15minutes to end of day (could not get off work on time).
The Reps, Falesha and Rafae were very gracious, polite, and fun. Falesha stayed patiently, scanning and packaging each item at a time. I felt well take care of at this store.
Thank you all so much.
