Was there with my grandmother waiting 30min for medicine at the pharmacy and we were both sweating she started breathing off and had to sit in the air condition car that was not the first time being in that store sweating. On the way out i asked why its so hot and if someone can fix it and i was told they have no control over the temperature poor girl her shirt was soaked from sweating its not right for people to control temperatures when they are not in the building someone is going to end up in the hospital if they dont make it cooler in that store and all the people waitng long periods of time for medication. COOL IT DOWN GUYS

Without question, one of the most poorly run operations I've ever seen. I don't know who is the management overseeing management on this place - but they aren't doing their job. Pharmacy is an absolute joke.

I stopped here this morning real quick and when I checked out I felt like a new person. I am not a morning person by no means.
Micheal, you are definitely contagious in a good way lol. Your great sense of humor is so appreciated. Your smile is contagious. Thank you for being a great person. You put a smile on my face. I stood there for a couple of minutes to talk and then the “big boss” joined our conversation. It’s great to know that the employees are recognized when a good review comes in about the person. Micheal is the type of employee that is needed everywhere and everyday. He is a natural. The “big boss” is a boss that I would want to work for. If these two were the faces in every Walgreens where I live, I would be at Walgreens every morning to get a spoonful of happiness. Micheal, thank you for making my day great!!!

Very hard to get a hold of the pharmacy when you call them. They say the phones never ring but never fixed the problem. Another problem is I don't think they check for drug interactions I always make sure to ask and have found something three times that the pharmacist missed. The drive-thru is ridiculously slow I have never met anybody in my life so slow then the new black woman they have working at the store she should be fired immediately taking 20 minutes per customer walking around looking in every container for your prescription and it's right there where your initials are something is wrong with her definitely but yet they do nothing the line is backed up all the way around the store and they still do nothing this lady needs to be fired. they need to find somebody to run this store successfully before it becomes another failure.

This pharmacy used to be great, but it's become an awful experience to deal with them. They move slowly - if at all - and make mistakes processing orders that cause extreme delays and higher co-pays on prescriptions. An experience NOT to have!!! I recently needed pain medicine after knee surgery; the pharmacy delayed having it ready, but never gave an explanation for the delay. Another time, my daughter's ADHD medicine was being processed at the highest tier allowable. This pharmacy claimed that my insurance insisted on the higher tier med, but I found that NOT to be true. LIARS!!!

I come here pretty regularly and I must say the gentleman that works the front at the pharmacy with the braids is one of the most professional patient human beings. I have seen them busy. I seen them slow No matter what he carries a smile and you’ll never see him grow frustrated. I manage a restaurant and to say customer service is hard Is an understatement, especially nowadays people are way less understanding and so much more demanding. I just felt like he needed some recognition for the AMAZING JOB he always does.

I called 2x to talk to a pharmacist about a prescription. First time waited 15 min. Second time waited on line for 25 minutes and then was hung up on. I had to drive to Walgreens in order to get a prescription taken out of their system when it could have been taken care of over the phone. There were 10 people working in the pharmacy! Completely unacceptable!!! I will never use this pharmacy again!

Slowest pharmacy ever!! They couldn't keep up with their own customers but now they want to take on rite aid customers as well. As customers who are here at least twice a week we will probably be switching soon

I waited in the line at the drive-thru for 20 minutes to pick up my prescription, but they didn't put any cones out to close the line! Not even the employees there knew you weren't accepting people after 2:30, and they didn't care how long anyone had been waiting. I went inside to speak with the manager, and he said, "I understand, and I'm sorry!" No, you're not sorry! I'm a postpartum woman trying to pick up my medication! I was waiting in the line with my baby in the car, and you didn't show any concern. As the manager, you provided poor customer service and didn't show any care for your customers. I hope someone will treat you the same way you treat the people!

This has got to be the location with the single worst group of incompetent mouth-breathers in all of pharmacology. I called and was on hold for 30 mins before finally getting someone on the phone, and after I did get someone, they told me my prescriptions would all be ready and to come down in 45 mins. I waited over an hour just to be safe. Went through the drive-thru, picked up what ok thought was my order, and come to find out after leaving that instead of 90 of one med they gave me 39(even tho their own app showed 90), and two others were missing entirely. When I drive back to inform them, they said the others weren't ready yet and it would be almost 3 more hours before they were done counting pills and putting them in the container. I can only assume they had to take their shoes and socks off to complete such a mundane task. I live 30+ minutes away from the pharmacy and called specifically before hand to make sure I wasn't wasting a trip especially in this heat.
I really hope corporate whips them into shape down there because they're a disgrace at this point.

Always seems to be a 30-45 minute wait time to pickup prescriptions. This location needs better service.

This pharmacy has been playing fast and loose with emergency heart medication for my mother.
My mother’s doctor called in a prescription for heart medication for her 4 days ago. She was supposed to begin the medication immediately due to dangerously high blood pressure.
When my mother called to see if it was ready on day 1, she was told by the pharmacy tech that it hadn’t been filled because the tech didn’t understand how their computer system worked. After speaking to the head pharmacist, she was assured the prescription would be ready later that day. She didn’t hear from them, so she called the next morning and was told that the medication wasn’t in stock, but that they were expecting it to be in the next day and would fill it then. The next day (day 3), she didn’t hear from them again, so she called again and some man mumbled incoherently something about it still not being in stock. She called back later and no answer. So, today (day 4), my mother finally called her doctor to request that the script be transferred to another pharmacy, and the doctor informed her that the medication wouldn’t be affective at this point and to see her heart doctor immediately. This pharmacy is literally putting my mother’s life at risk with their total incompetence. They should be reported.
