Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. They don’t tell you why a prescription is delayed. I called and they said I had one person ahead of me. I waited 20 minutes and they never picked up. I go up there and the prescription was never even pulled off the machine. I’ve waited all day and now I have to wait at the pharmacy while they fill it. Short staffed and some don’t really know what they are doing.

This is by far the worst pharmacy around!!! The staff are like robots-- they are beyond rude and have zero personality. Any time you call you will get transferred ... no one can ever seem to help you or provide the correct information. The drive-thru is always a solid 30+ minute wait! I'm transferring all of my prescriptions over to Rite Aid. They have a much more helpful staff who actually take pride in their work!

I wanted to print a picture. Apparently they lost the piece to print my order. It was an important document and I waited 30 mins to get nothing in return. There was an irresponsible worker who couldn’t find a piece for the printer. He could’ve printed other people’s passport photos and could not print a simple a piece of paper. I am very disappointed. Another thing was the innconvience and mess that was left on the cart. He cussed and was rude. He did not help or did anything.Another worker yelled and was rude to children. He yelled and said to stop touching things. Clearly he could’ve been nicer and ignored the fact that I needed help. I was very annoyed and this was definitely a waste of time. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I purchased several packs of cokes that were on sale. The night manager, Brandon, loaded them in the cart for me. He then walked me out to my car & put them all in the trunk! He was such a nice young man & wished me a happy holiday. Walgreens is very lucky to have him as an employee!

I switched to Walgreens years ago always been happy the people been nice and they had been there for a long time recently I don't know if it's overrated pharmacist but I won't be going back. The last time I was there the pharmacy was supposed to open at 9:00 it didn't open till 9:30 the text were all outside waiting to get in and the pharmacist was basically nonchalantly taking her time having conversations with people to get into the pharmacy after I get up she insisted in arguing with me about my prescription with the doctor and working and wanted me to concur with my doctor before taking my medication and coming back to pick it up later and I said no I said you already wasted a half hour of my time while I waited for you I'm not coming back and waiting in line another half hour because you can't get your s*** together. The pharmacist seem to have an attitude with what I said and said I was being very disrespectful. I said back to her I'm not late for my job because you were too busy talking to people and dragging your feet. I get people relate you should happens but every time I come here I'm waiting anywhere 20 minutes to a half an hour and there's no one. And I don't understand why and when I hear your employees complain about you screaming at them and that they don't feel like getting yelled at by you I know you're not a good person

Amazing Employee @ Walgreens WestminsterIn a world ceaselessly striving to promote automation, streamline transactions and ultimately revolutionize consumerism it’s not often you stumble upon a store clerk who is determined to do everything within his power in order to ensure that you have had a pleasant shopping experience. Nevertheless, every time I’ve entered the Westminster Walgreens, Michael stands at the ready, surrounded by an aura of confidence, ready to welcome me and every other customer with a genuine, kindhearted smile.Since this particular Walgreens is located just off of a route which I travel through at least twice every week, I’ve now visited the store a couple dozen times. Subsequently I’ve been able to observe this individual employee engaged in a plethora of activities, including respectfully answering phone calls and seemingly ridiculous questions, processing returns, dealing with basic customer issues and often even multitasking between these and multiple other tasks. And in each and every instance, he has shown himself to be a detail oriented, respectful, responsive, professional who somehow always maintains a remarkably positive attitude. All said and perhaps needless to say, watching Michael in action over the last few months was primarily what prompted me to write this review. However, his clearly kindhearted, uncommonly compassionate and strikingly sensible nature coupled with a relatively well organized, well kept retail storefront create a surprisingly pleasant shopping experience.* Plenty Of Parking* Small Shopping Carts Available (Albeit they are somewhat rickety)* Baskets Available* Surprisingly Good Deals On Random Items* Unfortunately, the pharmacy itself, which I have reviewed separately, pales in comparison. This review is intended to describe experiences isolated to the retail store front at this specific location and therefore should not be misconstrued to represent any positive experiences whatsoever with the associated pharmacy located inside of this same location.

Worthless staff. You have to hold their hand to get them to do their job for the same medication monthly. Impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Walgreens upper management should be embarrassed of this location and their employees and management team. Disgraceful. If my insurance allowed me to use another pharmacy I would.

My wife and I used to love this pharmacy. It is terrible now. Wait times can be incredibly long. On more than one occasion the Walgreens app said that our prescriptions were ready and after making the 15 minute drive there kind out that they were not ready. They close the pharmacy down entirely when hey go on lunch break. Seems to me that they could stagger their lunch breaks so that they are not shutdown in the middle of the business day. We will no longer be using Walgreens for these reasons. Don’t waste your time there. Find a better pharmacy.

I recently visited Walgreens at 500 Meadow Creek Dr in Westminster, MD, and they impressed me with their speedy prescription service. I had a tight schedule, as I was on my way to start a grueling 12-hour shift at work and needed my medication quickly. The team at this Walgreens location came through and provided my prescription expedited, which was a lifesaver for me. However, I'm giving this review four stars instead of five due to one minor hiccup. When I mentioned that I had only 2 to 3 minutes to spare before heading to work, one of the pharmacy techs chuckled. It made me feel slightly uncomfortable, as I was in a hurry and stressed about my time constraints. While I understand everyone has their moments, it would have been a more pleasant experience without that reaction. Despite this, I want to acknowledge their excellent job in getting me my prescription quickly, which was the primary reason for my visit. It's an efficient and reliable pharmacy, and I appreciate the service I received. More sensitivity to customer time constraints would have earned them that fifth star.

Everyone seems nice here! some days are busy but it’s one of my favorite pharmacies. I’m not sure why it has such a low review

There is some shady stuff going on here. In order to reload money to a prepaid card they suddenly needed ID and an address. I have never ever been asked for this, at any other reload location including shadier Walgreens. Idk what ur cashier was trying to do with my debit card information but that sounds like a scam to give my debit information to your cashier… when I’ve never ever done this for a chime reload. Either train your employees or investigate them for attempting to steal sensitive data. 5 minutes the cashier just stood there typing in information. It’s usually a 60 second process.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are ignorant and always have problems filling my prescription. They have said awful things to me and torn down my character. There are only like 2 people who work in the pharmacy that are decent the rest are rude, and have attitude problems. The head pharmacists are the most ignorant people of them all. He has said awful things to me and has accused me of awful things.

I’ve been using this Walgreens for many years now. The font end cashiers are always absolutely amazing. They’re always friendly, cheerful, and helpful. That’s pretty rare these days! Great sales throughout the store as well! The pharmacy can be hit or miss- not by any fault of their own. Pharmacy’s are just busy in general, and you never know what you’re walking into that day. The people working back there are also very helpful, and you can see they’re really trying. I’ve watched those poor people deal with incredibly difficult costumers multiple times, and still handle the situation with grace.

I don’t know what the other reviews are about but I got vaccines here and everyone is sooooo incredibly nice. The folks in the pharmacy and up front. I wish I remembered my pharmacist’s name but they were very kind, and the tech Isata (I think is their name) was also so so nice! The pharmacy line also moved pretty quick. Great experience ?
