Pick up took me less than a minute. Super efficient.When I visited the office, three whip smart women who speak several languages were running the show. They made sure my needs were met quickly. They know what they're doing! Remember this office isn't a branch of the MVA. They are a small business using the state's software platform to help customers who need things done quickly and can't get to or make an appointment with the MVA. Their services aren't expensive but to keep their doors open, for people injured like me, they are a God send. I'm happy to pay small fee for a task that could have taken a large amount of time.The staff is kind and helpful. I overheard an employee heavily advocating for their client - I don't recall the details but the client had been given the runaround by the MVA. They didn't get off the phone and stood their ground until the issue was settled. I don't know many small businesses that still have this level of customer service. I'll definitely be using their services in the future.”
