I’ve had bad experiences at shoe store lately
And I thought that it was going to be another when I walked in this store. I bought my shoes all smiles . in and out no attitude from staff no weird behavior this store is being run way better than what I remember good job DTLR 🙏

I would like to say this store location is bad
The manager I think her name was kemeilia was a great help grabbed what I needed and made feel great about my purchase will definitely be back to shop here.

My daughter ordered from your online store and we are extremely disappointed with the experience. The items arrived damaged, worn, and clearly not in new condition completely unacceptable for a paying customer. It is beyond frustrating to receive products that look like they’ve been previously used, especially after spending our hard-earned money.
We expected better quality and professionalism. This kind of negligence shows a complete lack of respect for your customers. We demand a full refund immediately and expect a prompt response from your customer service team. Your lack of quality control and customer care is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
We will not be ordering again unless this situation is made right and quickly.

Placed an order for the Jordan Flu game 12s. Got tracking info from Fedex and they were marked delivered by fedex also by DTLR. I even got a confirmation email from the store that my shoes had come in. When I showed up the next day to pick them up, they tell me that the shoes are not there. I try to speak to the manager and she instantly got rude and told me “Am I supposed to make them appear magically?” And instantly hung up. I was told by a couple of people that the manager and the staff try to sell the shoes for some quick money under the table. Then blame Fedex.

Terrible service the cashier was blatantly disrespectful and ignored us while we were talking to her. Her behavior was rude.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the store manager. She was blatantly disrespectful and ignored us while we were speaking to her. Her behavior was rude and highly unprofessional. I've never encountered such a poor attitude from a store manager in my life. I strongly advise others to avoid this store.

I purchased a pair of shoes and tried to return them. The manager advised that I had waited too long even though it was within 30 days of the purchase. She also accused me of lying and trying to return worn shoes. She was the most unpleasant person I’ve met in a long time. I called customer service who said they would relay my dilemma to corporate. I never heard back. I tossed the shoes in the trash.

No one in the store wants to do anything. I was told that they couldn’t even ring me up or process a return. Just close it so we can shop online. DTLR can save money on useless employees and beef up their online stock. I’ve ran a retail store for years and I would fire everyone I interacted with today if this was my store.

They get a 2 because they have nice shoes. Other than that- customer service is HUGELY lacking both in store and via online/phone. Trying to resolve an issue with a return/gift card- both times going in store the manager was not present and was "out". I thought that was illegal? They do not pick up the customer service line. All in all- I will be shopping for shoes elsewhere from now on, this last experience was the icing on the cake for me.

I know it's an urban store but do they have to act so ghetto. The little Hispanic chica was extra sassy and throwing clothing at her coworkers/ mgr. The young men stayed on their phones and the manager had no control over his team. I actually got assistance from a former employee that just happened to be in there shopping. Just go to the Greenbelt location.
