Rose (the store manager) was absolutely LOVELY and *very* helpful and patient. My oil change was done promptly, and Rose carefully & clearly explained the other issues found on my ancient car. Easy appointment scheduling, excellent status communication, & prompt service.

Great service and knowledgeable staff and technicians. I had my wheels refurbished and had wheels without tires, they were able to take my wheels earlier than my appointment and had them done in a few hours. Will be coming back for an alignment and other services.

They charged me for a full synthetic oil change but used Motorcraft 5W-20—a blend, not full synthetic. When I asked, the rep outright lied, insisting there was no difference between the oil they used and full synthetic, refusing to rectify the issue. I never requested premium service—they added it without asking, then falsely claimed I approved it. This was outright fraud.
Completely dishonest, shameless scam. They should have no business servicing anyone’s vehicle.

Got 4 tires changed on my car and got a flat within the first day, hubcaps installed incorrectly, one flew off my tire on the highway, some are cracked

Terrible decision!! My car was towed there on a Wednesday after business hours because of my car losing power. My car was promised to be done by Friday. When Friday came I was told at 3 that it would be ready by 4:30. When I called at 6 I was told that the my car was not going to be ready and that the person in charge of my ticket had gone for the day without calling to give me an update. My car was done the following morning after I called corporate on Friday evening and speaking with the GM Mike who was not in the store on Saturday morning. When I received my car I noticed that my splash guard was hanging down and my bumper was not in its proper place. When I took my car back on Monday to have them fix the issues I noticed that the manager on duty (not Mike) never spoke with me or even addressed or apologized for any of the situation. The most he said to me was that my car was almost ready. Once leaving with my car for a second time I noticed a cut in the front of my leather seat on the driver side. I am not taking it back a third time for something else to happen. Just please be careful with taking your car here.

I was told I could bring my car in for tire repair and my vehicle was taken in the shop to be checked and worked on within minutes and the repair was made in a good timeframe.
