The phlebotomist very friendly and professional. Listing the patient which veins is good to drawing blood. I general no waiting time and Happy.

It was very difficult to find the office so I would just suggest quest to specify the location beforehand. Otherwise it was a great place to get a blood test 😁

I rarely take the time to do surveys or give reviews (I know— shame on me). However, the technician at the Quest Lab at the Safeway location is very very very professional and nice. I am needle phobia and she always put me at ease. Thank you thank you thank you for hiring someone so special.

The staff was excellent. My only concern was the security of urine samples. There is a place in the bathroom to leave samples but it is not secure. Anyone can switch the samples once they go in to use the bathroom after you do.

I came from another lab that stated they were unable to do my test because the order was confusing. This phlebotomist took extra time took look up all 8 tests to verify Quest could perform them. She then took extra time to look up physician's address to make sure results got to her. I was very grateful for all her help.

The lady who taking care of me was knowledgeable and professional. I got the wrong form from my doctor but she was nice change codes and everything are done. She is very nice and kind.

Mrs. Evelyn is really nice and great at getting veins quickly. One of the best!
The only downside to this place is how long it takes to put the information and payment into the computer. This is not Ms. Evelyn's fault. The computer process is just unnecessarily slow. One time it took about 15 minutes to input because I had orders from 2 different doctors.
Parking:
I park in the garage and walk up through Safeway. No issues.
Overall good facility.
I go there for Mrs. Evelyn (she's that good) and she does not disappoint! I've only gone in the morning... not sure of her other hours.

So disappointed in the service at this location. Patients need some flexibility and understanding. They don't listen to concerns by patients.
