Came to upgrade my phone today:Tmobile rep: The upgrade fee is 37.50 , $0 shipping and taxes are $75.*Total amount on the screen $130*Me: Where is the additional amount coming from?Tmobile Rep: “IDK, it does that sometimes” ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Me: Well can you find out?Tmobile Rep: No *Chuckle”I left seconds later. Unexplained hidden fees that appears to be a known issue = Fraud.Will be reaching out to corporate. Waste of my time.-Tmobile customer of 10 consecutive years. Smh

Went in to upgrade two lines. Got in, was helped, got out. The person who helped me (I believe her name was Ashlie) was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.

I love the customer service every time I come in here to T-Mobile. Fidel It’s always helpful and understanding my needs of the service with T-Mobile. We need more men like him in the business.

Stay away! Recently bought a new iPhone from here and thought the process was nice and easy. When asked whether I'd be getting a protection plan I said no because I have always been fine without one for all of my phones. Fast forward to now, I come to find out that the employee decided to add one anyways. Not only did he add a protection plan, he had the most expensive one added on. I have autopay on so I did not catch on sooner. This is probably how he took advantage. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience and do not see myself buying a phone through T-Mobile again or at the very least not at this location. I would recommend just going straight to Apple...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! A salesperson called Jose sold me what was supposed to be a simple one-line plan with unlimited data. Know what he did though? Without my consent or knowledge, he added 2 more lines to my account!!! I realized when I got my bill for the month for $130. He ordered TWO additional digital numbers on my account that he must be using or probably getting a bigger commission on if he makes the higher sale. Truly disgusting. I spent one whole hour on phone w/T-mobile just to cancel the additional lines he ordered without my permission and understand the fraud he committed. I plan to report him to corporate HQ. Again, avoid at all costs!!!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I’m going to send this one because I know I’m not the only one who’s received bad customer service.I just moved into this area from Europe and needed to get a new US line. The man at the front desk was rude, and couldn’t help me saying I needed to call customer service because I wasn’t tan authorized user. That was my response, but he didn’t need to be rude.I flew to Texas the next day, drove to my home T-Mobile store with my family and the experience was different. I was welcomed, respected, and they took care of me.I was very disappointed with this particular visit because of the sass. After living a year abroad and moving states, I know people shouldn’t be given the cold shoulder like that. I ended up adding a new line and upgrading phones at my home store but I’m sad I couldn’t do that here.

Very bad customer service the Spanish girl working even don’t know what is the plan they are providing , i asked her i need international calls service as well , she told me international calls included in 50$ so i did the plan but it was wrong information and her behavior was very rude and was very dull and low energetic, it seems like she doesn’t want to work but she was working.

Store used to be good. Recent visit however, the sales person was very indifferent and not helpful and the store wasn't even busy so there's no excuse. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have never been so disrespected as a customer in my entire life. The attendant even looked like a robot because she only knew how to say that she couldn't help that she had to call customer service. You explained that you had already called and they asked to go to the store. But like a robot she only knew how to say the same thing. that she couldn't do anything she had to call. Also when you talked to her. she didn't even look at her face, she just kept typing on the tablet, doing I don't know what it is… because she couldn't help me what was she doing on the tablet? was she playing? were you on Instagram? and another indignant customer, we were complaining about the pessimistic service and the woman was still looking at the tablet as if no one had it there... as if no one was talking to her. I really don't understand why she's being paid to stay there. Because she doesn't know anything, she doesn't know how to do anything, that's all she knows how to tell her customers
