Thomas Market is a little gem and almost invisible store, tucked between other businesses on a busy intersection. It offers a great selection of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food, including items for cooking and hosting. It is known for having the best Greek feta in DC, which is authentic and costs less than at grocery stores. The store features a small deli counter with feta, olives, and other cheese, plus a refrigerator section with labneh. There is a nice assortment of packaged, pickled, and canned foods like stuffed grape leaves, dolmas, preserved lemons, and olive oil. Other highlights include labane, knafeh, halva, and spanakopita, along with a selection of coffee. Parking is available at metered spots out front or across the street. The service is good, and they accept Visa credit cards.
Hidden gem with a fabulous selection of Mediterranean / Middle Eastern food at great prices.

Great selection of items for Mediterranean cooking and hosting. It's really hard to find good stuffed grape leaves, and they sell multiple brands.
