If I can give this store -1 star I would. I bought a backbone with my Best Buy credit card and when I try to return for being a defective product, I was told your out of return policy but “hey buy our upgrade Member card” then we can return it. Basically upsell me to return a product you can clearly return as long I upgrade is appalling. The manager there had this smirk on her face like she didn’t care or acknowledge the device is defective. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.

I had a great experience at this store thanks to the considerate and knowledgable staff. Despite arriving at 7:20 (they close at 8), the Shift Manager Koko was incredibly accommodating in letting us test different speakers and compare TV models. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful so that we happily left the store with our 55" TV (which she even helped arrange that it be loaded into our car).

You have to get there 30 mins early so you can get noticed by a rep or asking the wrong individual will cause a chain reaction of we don't know or we don't have that here.

Online order. Paid. Still waited in line for over 20 minutes to pickup in store as there was no curbside available. 3 reps working!!Edited to add there are currently 4 people standing back in the waiting area!

I’ve never understood why they don’t have normal registers at this Best Buy. They have one person to ring dozens of people up. Take your business to the Rockville Best Buy. The checkout is horrible here.

I came in and looked around for 30 minutes for anyone to help me find a specific external harddrive. No one was able to help (no one asked. I looked around and try to flag Best Buy worker but they seemed annoyed and told me to go stand in line just to ask where the had drive that is listed on their website is located). Even though I live not far from the store, I rather drive to micro center 20 mins away!

Very good place. Friendly staff. As a customer, I believe there isn't nothing bad to say.As someone who wants to work for them, I would say their hiring process for salesmen is quite long. While I can now see why they have good customer service, I do think that 3 - 4 weeks of waiting for a yes or no, for an interview mind you,is a bit excessive.
