The pharmacy team at this CVS always goes above end beyond to take care of my and my family’s needs. As a first responder I rely on them greatly and they always come through! Highly recommend!

Worst pharmacy ever. I don't know why they even have a drive-thru. It's either closed inexplicably, or when you do try to use it you wait for 30+ minutes for someone to respond to the window so you can just pick up your prescription.

Really friendly staff that are overworked ever since they close the cvs pharmacy at university. Reine especially is a excellent pharmacist that truly cares about her client.

One star because you can't give zero. This CVS is the most incompetent, slowest most disorganized CVS in the area which is pretty bad since they all suck most of the time. So, yes, one star because you can't give zero.I did find a worse CVS in Kill Devil Hills North Carolina. It was pretty much abandoned. A brand new Walgreens had opened up just across the street so no one went to the CVS anymore. The store was dirty, displays were half stocked and falling apart. No one worked in the store as far as you could tell. The automatic check out machines didn't work half the time. If you were lucky there was one person stocking stuff to the shelves or hiding out in the back. So this store is almost as bad as that one. I have been waiting in the drive through lane for over half and hour now to pick up a prescription. So if I could give zero stars I would.

They have no self checkout and no interest in staffing their checkout lines properly. The wait is interminable. Get it together, CVS.

This CVS sucks. I have been here multiple times because it's the closest CVS to where I lived. However, I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment time to get a shot and they consistently called people who had appointments after me before they called me. The lines for the pharmacy are always longer and take at least a half hour to get through. The pharmacy staff are generally really friendly but some people have been really rude with no reason. The line for the check out counter is normally really slow because there is almost no one who works there. This is somewhere that would do much better with self-check out. I have tried to give this CVS the benefit of the doubt but honestly this is getting frustrating.

I need to repeat my name and DOB multiple times or speak loudly which is not something I feel like broadcasting to half the store. If they have trouble hearing or understanding just ask for my ID. Happens every time.

The pharmacy has no idea what's going on and calling them feels like I'm calling a prankster who just wants to piss me off. Please do yourself a favor and try the Safeway pharmacy on Georgia Ave. My heart weeps for people who need their medication and go to this location. They should keep an ambulance idling in the parking lot to take people straight to the hospital....because ya ain't gettin your meds from this spot!

This CVS is seriously messed up. They constantly change the lanes for pharmacy pick up. I have been waiting in line for 15 minutes only to discover that this lane is for Covid testing only, which is not what the sign says.

Came in for my Covid Booster. The vaccination area was spacious and clean. The technician who administered the shot was friendly, professional and did the shot in an organized manner. Plenty of parking.

Worst pharmacy experiences of my life. The pharmacists and techs have told me on several occasions that I need something different than what my doctor ordered. It has taken them more than 6 weeks to fill prescriptions in the past. The staff never understand when I state my name and birthday.
