Those Nigerian women don't even bother to answer the phone so unprofessional and lazy. I left so many voicemails messages and none of those women cared to return our calls.

I placed an order for pickup at this location and had to visit twice just to get a single cream. On my first visit, the staff was so rude that I decided to try again on a different day. Unfortunately, my second visit wasn’t any better. The employee who assisted me, whose name was something like Engosis, had an incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. She seemed annoyed just to be doing her job, told me to wait in line, and then falsely told another employee that she had told me to “sit down and wait”. As a pharmacist, the priority should be assisting customers, not making them feel like an inconvenience for picking up their prescribed orders.

Overworked staff. Pharmacist said they'd contact me to follow up with information about a vaccination, first attempt in person, failure, mentioned it to her again, she said she'd call, no call.
Today about 1:30 pm, a front end store cashier took my call, answered a question of mine, when I asked another question she said she had a line and hung up on me.

This CVS sucks. They need to open up self check out because the staff is sooo slow on the register. One of the only CVS locations that doesn’t have Self Check out?! Do yourself a favor and save the hourly pay— get self check out ! They do have cute holiday decor. But now almost everything is behind a glass door for assistance.

Horrible pharmacy. High staff turnover. Low quality service. Bad management. Their equipment is often broken, they are slow and understaffed, they don't answer the phone, their communication is horrible. So frustrating. Avoid.
