“I normally hate going to electronic repair places, and distrust the mall - stall ones even less. However, this place was quick, friendly, communicative (called me twice at normal times to update me on my repair timeline), and fairly priced (about 220 for a broken laptop screen). Karen in particular was fantastic and I will absolutely be coming back if I need electronics serviced again.”

“The staff/technician at the shop was friendly and fixed my digital camera issue immediately. Since I couldn't remove the battery pack by myself as it was stuck inside the camera, I was relieved that he could do so safely. The shop also kindly took the old lithium-ion battery. “CPR repair are definitely 5 Star repair for your cellphone and electronic needs. I dropped my cellphone and had damage on the right side of the glass screen for my Samsung S23 Ultra, these guys where wonderful. I had Samsung Cellphone like new from the Factory in about an hour wait time. The gentleman Arthur was wonderful to work with. Me and my son was parked right across the street waiting on the repair Arthur seen us waiting and returned my phone to me, I thought is was a new phone lol. Cell phones are so expensive these days so who wants to drop one damaging these expensive touch glass screens. T-Mobile my cell phone provider, sent me here. I am glad they did. I recommend any one to go here, I put a screen protector on my cell phone after and a outterbox case to protect my investment in communication needs.”
“My phone had been acting up since last night; the screen wasn't responding to touch. I went to church the next day with a heavy heart. After the service, I looked up the nearest Apple Store and went there.
I had made an appointment, but they told me the screen needed replacing and quoted a price of $345.
The Apple employee suggested I go to a third-party repair shop instead and recommended a specific place to me.
It turned out to be very close by.
There were a lot of customers, which gave me confidence in the shop.
The price was also much lower than Apple's—around $160.
I left my phone there and waited about 15 minutes. When I got it back and checked if it was working, something was wrong. It suddenly became extremely hot, and an emergency warning about overheating appeared on the screen.
I took the phone straight back to the shop.
The owner asked me to leave the phone again, so I waited another 15 minutes. He said the phone was overheating—indicating a problem other than just the screen—and offered a refund. I was furious; I got angry at him for breaking my phone.
The owner, however, didn't get angry back; instead, he took the phone again to try and help me. While I waited, I was filled with worry and regret. The owner did his absolute best to diagnose the issue and finally found the cause. He replaced a part for free, and the phone stopped overheating. He installed a new screen and even applied a screen protector.
I felt so grateful and apologetic.
I couldn't believe there was still someone like this in the world.
I was deeply thankful and touched by his kindness.
Even if this phone breaks down again soon, I’ll be okay with it. I am so grateful for their kindness.
