It was my first time with Sophia and I will gladly be back again! The crowded environment wasn’t ideal (only because they are relocating) but she provided a fantastic and thoughtful pedicure, so I can’t even complain.

Sophia is amazing. She’s kind, professional, and truly a perfectionist in the best way. I’ve never left without my hands and feet looking flawless. I often ask her for suggestions on colors, especially when I have upcoming business events or trips, and she always helps me choose something that fits perfectly. She creates such a calming experience when I need it, but also matches my energy when I’m feeling more upbeat. On top of being great at what she does, she’s a wonderful conversationalist. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality and care.

Me and my friends went there to do our nails together, the lady said they couldn’t do it right away but would text us in about an hour when three people were available to do our nails together. We went there after two hours asking if we could do it, and she said “I made the appointment and you never showed up!”. We didn’t get any text, and waited for nothing.

Really happy with my gel manicure and pedicure at Eterna Day Spa! Easy to book appts online, friendly staff, well managed, and clean. I’ve only been there 3 times - Sophie does an amazing job. And Nicole does too. I’m sure they’re all great though!
