It’s really disappointing and unprofessional that this business doesn’t honor price matching. In today’s competitive market, customers expect transparency and fairness — especially when identical products or services are being offered at lower prices elsewhere. Refusing to match a reasonable and verified price not only shows a lack of customer care, but also gives the impression that the company values profit over loyalty. I expected better service and won’t be returning.

The store staff in women’s section not very helpful. On Friday they closed the fitting room by 7.30 when store was open till 9 pm. We requested for few minutes more but they refused. Store has good price and sale items. Staff do no look motivated though unfortunately.

The store was organized but when asking for a shopping bag since I didn’t see any by the entrances I was told they don’t give out shopping bags. I had to clarify the bags you all have for people to put the items they want to buy while they are shopping? The lady that told me they didn’t give out shopping bags was rude and had such a horrible attitude. Why would I be asking for a check out shopping bag. Also H&M bags to go around shopping with is called Shopping Bag (see photo). Please make it make sense because as a customer I needed assistant and instead 3 employees was in the middle of the floor chatting together instead of helping people. I refused to be checkout out on the bottom floor so I went upstairs to the men section where there was a very nice cashier that helped me and rang me up. I would never go back to this specific location.

I love H&M, including this store. It was closed today but I saw a note that it is coming soon. I hope it opens soon and never closes. Nice staff, great selection as always.
