I took my phone in for a cracked backing. I picked it up and the mic and front camera weren’t working (the phone worked when I dropped it off). I took it back and he opened the phone again then told me he would have to order the parts and charge me to replace the camera. When I left my phone then began to overheat and shut down. This caused me to have to buy a new phone for $1700.00. This guy has no idea what he’s doing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO “THE FIX”, YOU WILL GET IT BACK DESTROYED! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

My phone screen was broken today and I made a call to them and the gentleman very nicely answering all my questions and let me know how much will it cost to repair it all. I came right after I call and it only take him less than 20 mins to repair my screen and battery. Very efficient and awesome guy working! ?

This place was fast he told me 1 hour but seriously it was less.. Beto is amazing and he explains everything to you and go out of the way to mature his work was done to meet the standards of the customer.

Let's start with the positive the have always been very respectful quick helpful I didn't feel scammed or anything going here the shop is clean great but I do have an issue with the store being closed during the hours it's supposed to be open with no sign no change online about hours of operation and nothing g said to security and that sucks cause it's the only time I have this week to pick up my phone so now I ha e to figure put how to do this later on this week rand traffic in Montgomery County really sucks so I am pretty upset right now.last thing this might seem obvious but there is no one to call to figure out what going on non of the numbers are being answered so yeah feeling pretty in the dark.
