This is a great place for finding clothes and kitchen items. Happy with my vase, plates, and picture frames. Will come back and look for more.

What a joke! Where are the fitting rooms??!!!! Waste of time...How people suppose to buy without trying it on? And then they offer only exchange!!!! Who made this dumb change?
Update: I see a lot of people complaining about lack of fitting rooms and nothing is being done!. You expect us to drive to your store, buy stuff, come home, try it on just to find out that it looks like crap, then drive back to your store just to get an exchange????? So either way - you have my money and I have your crap one way or another( which by the way is donated stuff that you sell almost at retail prices!!!!) Bad business.....this is called GREED!!!!!!

Definitely, I’m not coming back to this store. The ladies at the counter. They’re mean and rude. plus a Crazy policy Return When They Don’t Have Fitting rooms, Even when I have a receipt just Because the tag is a little loose They should try to change that point And make sure the People who work there help you you on a better way

This is my favorite go to Thrift Store, since it is close to my home. It can get very busy at times, but I always find unique & needed things for myself, my home & others the times I hv gone there. They offer an additional discounts on certain days too, which is a bonus & if sign up , you will receive coupons to use that vary in amounts. I like that, as well as it allows me to buy more. Generally the prices for me are fair, bc I know my budget & stick to it. Everything I choose I check out thoroughly before heading to the checkout, because something's can not always be 100% without a flaw or too. The store has its busy times, especially on further discount days, & they have more self serve registers open than a cashier to check you out. They might have (2) cashiers for that, but they are usually fast at checking you out. I have never had any issues with the staff or Mgt. This store definatly has a variety of anything you can think of for yourself, your home & beyond. You must be patient when shopping here, or you might miss something special. I always enjoy going to Unique, as it is my shopping therapy. It is one stop shopping for me. The store is farely big & areas are designated for the things they carry, so pretty easy to navigate & see all in each area. Basically I have never gone here & not come out with goodies I couldn't live without. So if you are a Thrifter, & have not been here, check it out. The store for the most part can be organized, but the shoppers mess it up, the staff do their best to keep the merchandise areas orderly, & put out the merchandise in whatever area they are assigned too, but it has been times I noticed things out of order & waiting to be collected, carts are usually there if you get there early, but it has been times I had to wait on a cart too. All in all, you must be patient to have the Best shopping experience in my opinion. Happy Thrifting everyone! My favorite things to buy are unusual household items, small household items, nic nacs, vintage clothing, & anything unusual that you don't see everyday. It really just depends. I don't always go with something in mind. If I see something I like, I add in my cart, then when I hv finished, I decide what I will buy & put the other items back for someone else to enjoy. They do try & keep the store clean, but the customers make that hard & the furniture area is always a mess at times too. All in all I will continue to shop there, to find my can't live without goodies.

We found what we wanted. The employees in the store were fine albeit slow to respond.
But the worst aspect was the security woman. We had bought some heavy furniture, and wanted to use our cart to move our items to our car that was maybe a dozen feet or less from the storefront. However she had a problem with us using the cart to move this heavy piece of furniture that we couldn’t have moved ourselves. Horrendous experience. Won’t visit this location ever again and would recommend others to avoid if they want to buy furniture from here.

They keep marking up prices so high! Everything is now 3-4 dollars more. I saw a sweater for twenty dollars and a pair of track pants for 29.99. Seriously, Unique?

Well-organized and neat. Tons of clothes, go there for jeans, etc. Take your time, you can find some very good things.

This is the worst thrift store ever. I pulled the tag off of a shirt by accident that I already bought that had holes and stains. I Couldn't fit it and tried to return it. They wouldn't let me. So I stapled the tag on and they still wouldn't let me. It's just a tag. Like come on

Place was a zoo. Someone broke a glass frame in the aisle and just left it. Plenty of overpriced merchandise to see

Great womens clothing selection, wish it was organized by color.
No fitting rooms to try anything on, but their return policy is strict: 14 day exchanges (tags on with receipt) or store credit that can only be applied same day. That alone makes me not want to shop there because 80% of the clothing section can't be tried on adequately.
From a loss prevention standpoint, they have restrooms and self-checkout (both higher risk), but no fitting rooms. Doesn't make sense to me.
Staff were nice in my interactions with them.
