This local UPS is the worst in customer service they have nothing professionalism seriously one trusts to send packages with them knowing that they would arrive at their destination I sent a package that would arrive between 3 to 5 business and that package never arrived from asking and asking so much even talking to costumer service was something that did not help at all seriously that lack of professionalism without a doubt I will never use this means of sending time and money again

Had a large item which I needed packaged and shipped out. It was fragile and I stressed how important it was they are careful with packaging it since they wouldn’t do it in front of me but rather in the back. The worker who was there was helpful but wasn’t the nicest wasn’t so impressed. But the package came in one piece even though box was pretty beaten up. Listen at the end of the day not greatest experience but happy they got the job done.

I go in today at 9:30 am and there was only one worker named Talha working by HIMSELF!!! There was a store full of customers and he serviced EVERYONE pleasantly and professionally with a smile on his face. If he was overwhelmed you would never know it. To Corporate, THIS is the type of worker you need to recognize and reward!!! This is the kind of worker you should PUSH into a management position.

Great location, great employees. The couple visits ive been to the store have been great. Welcome with positive energy. The Employee helped me step by step to get all my packages sent to the right locations. Very friendly. Will only go to this location from here on.

I've had the pleasure of interacting with Talha at my local UPS, and I must say, he's a breath of fresh air! In an environment where some of the employees at this location can be less than welcoming, Talha consistently shines with his exceptional customer service skills.
He's always courteous, eager to help, and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist make him a standout employee and a valuable asset to the UPS team.

Returned a phone to Verizon here and the female employee that worked here in January of 2024 cut my box open and stole the phone. She mailed the empty box to Verizon who proceeded to charge me for the device. This employee stole from over 100 packages and the police called me to confirm that it was in fact HER!! I have had to dispute so many transactions with amazon for returns and so many other companies only to find out that the shipper was stealing the goods right out of the packages! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
