“The store is always well stocked, the employees greeted me as I walked in. Offered to assist with things multiple times. They even took the time to talk to my child about the toy that she wanted to buy. My only big issues is the bathroom. It smelt like straight URINE. No paper towels. Pee all over the toilet. To be honest it was filthy. I know it’s beyond the employees control what customers do in the bathroom. I would also hope they aren’t supposed to use the same restroom either after what I saw. Maybe hire an overnight cleaning company. Also invest in toilet seat covers. I visited at 11:30am, so this isn’t an employee issue at all in my eyes.”

“This is another chain of stores I like this is called 5 Below . This place i enjoy it for is because it should be about capturing everyone's imaginations and making dreams come true. To bring the dreams to every American Generation . They hsve things from Kids things such as school and kids supplies , To sports stuff , To tech things like , Cell phone Chargers and laptop chargers , fans and more tech , They have movie posters to Cartoon posters , They have holiday decorations of all things from Thanksgiving , Birthday Supplies , To Easter, And Christmas Decor and more . They have Journals for all ages and books for all ages to word searches , Crossword Puzzles, And more , To clasic books , To Candie Assortments , To chips and other snacks . Even Sodas. This bring all dreams and moee to come true . In other 5 belies I picked up Journals for my Crusader Chronicles, And I got word searches there as well . But I hooe to shop there in the future to get cell phone chargers . Thid is a place thats community and family oriented. If you love this place as I do, This place is for you . We hope to see you all very soon .”

“Well for me, the visit to Five Below has been extremely interesting due to the large expansion that the remodeling they did inside had and that has been a great help both for the client and for the company itself that they will be able to serve. more people with less time and with greater quality of care and comfort.

“08/05/2025-Visited the store looking for picture frames. I know - should have just gone to “ Hobby Lobby” or “Michael’s”. I love Five and Below because is largely stocked, colorful and full of fun stuff five dollars $$$ or below. They stand by the name! I did nit find anything to buy, but enjoyed the experience of browsing the aisles. Nice staff.”

“This is a place I love coming too . It's family owned . It has all the items I like such as stationary , The Wafers , And Drinks I like such as Hawaiian Punch and other Sodas .When I need something from there it's the place I would love coming too . It has a great cashier and family management team . For some place small it has very good items there . I have always good experiences there every time I came. It has a great atmosphere friendly , inviting , and relaxing . When I needed help there I was helped with no questions asked . If you like this place and it's Hospitality Like I do , This place is the one for you . So come on down to the Dollar store and get an experience you won't forget . “Why call it five below if you are going to get new items to sale that more than five bucks & we are still very much in a pandemic something ain't rite I understand making more money but what about #WeAreInThisTogether motto we are suppose to have as a country. I mind as well go some place & pay regular price but than you put holiday stuff half price like then St Patrick Day tshirts & another thing there was a black guy working the Silver Spring location where I visit he was rude pushed my 1 item I purchased for under 5 bucks than snatched the money out of my hand. That's totally unacceptable meanwhile another young lady was on the phone while clearly at work I'm sure y'all pay her to work & not be on the phone I know she was working cause she went back to the register & said I can help the next guest. Yes I pah attention to everything especially when I'm spending money they I don't have again during a pandemic get it rite I will refuse 2 spend any more money here & that's a fact. “Love this place, lovely family owned store. They're always so helpful. They pretty much have everything you need especially in an emergency. Best part is we get to keep money in our community over national brands. If you live near by and want them to have something that you know you'll continue to buy they are willing to get it to have it on hand for you (of course be reasonable).Just be careful walking in here as there is A LOT so make sure you are careful where you're walking.”
