Ethan is a very competent technician and dedicated to ensuring the integrity of the services he performs. Even at the end of a work day, his energy level was high and his politeness was ever present.

Great company! Local, friendly & reliable! We had our in ground tank checked for compliance. Billy came to perform the service. He is a terrific representative…kind, thorough, knowledgeable & so nice. I recommend Southern States Jarrettsville for all of your propane needs.

Ethan Hect was very personable and respectful. Very thorough and explained things in detail. Talked to us not down to us. Great customer service skills. 10 out 10

Old school professional service and advice.
Get your LP tanks filled here, as well as get them inspected and recertified. I do believe that their prices are better than other LP tank refill stations, but most importantly, I trust this being done by a trained professional, not some part time clerk. Just my experience and 2 cents.

Ethan was on time, explained the service he was providing and was very efficient. He left the furnace area clean. He is a pleasure to deal with.

Would give more than 5 stars if possible. Greatly appreciate Southern States sending Matt out, and very quickly too! He was very knowledgable and helped us understand and resolve a couple aspects of our specific situation, too much to explain here, but so glad he fully addressed each issue. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Worst company to get involved with. No communication by any stretch of the imagination. Disrespectful people all around. Get your oils and gasses somewhere else!!!!!

I am on a pre buy program and I run out of propane when it’s 20 degrees out. Still have 810 gallons pre buy. How do I run out and have a house at 48 degrees???
