Terrible. None of the card machines work on the gas pumps. You always have to go inside to pay. The pumps will stop and go and management does not care when any of it will be fixed. I ask when the card readers will be fixed and there is no clue as to when that’s going to happen. It’s been at least 4 months now. If this is a franchise owned store, the franchisee needs to be more involved or direct better to management for issue resolution.
Post Edit: reviewing the other review, it looks like the card reader issue has been a problem for over a year. This is clearly not a priority of theirs. They likely just don’t want to spend the money and save it for ‘overhead’.

Went in to order $30 in gas, guy at the counter accidentally gave me $3. When I went back in to pay for the remaining $27, I let him know that I wanted $30 instead of $3. I figured he had forgotten a zero. Instead he blamed me and told me MY card had declined the purchase. When I checked my card, it was nowhere near my credit limit. Terrible customer service. Unless making an emergency stop, go somewhere else.

This store gives false advertisement by selling items that picture one thing on Doordash but they sell you another. Give the people the correct food advertised. What a disappointment.

When I came here to buy a scratch off the lady was very rude to me and when I ended up winning 2 dollars they didn’t give me what I won. I wouldn’t recommend as they basically kept what I won for themselves

This place is the worst, they truly lost a customer today. I go there almost every morning. I went there this morning and none of the pumps worked. The cashier shoved a receipt in my face with a bunch of numbers on it that I have no clue what they mean. He said he has his report and doesn’t know what to tell me the pumps are working. I told him three other people pulled off and said they were not working either. He said no that’s not true. I was so disgusted I asked him was he willing to lose customers all day due to the pumps not working instead of checking into it. He said sorry I don’t know what you’re talking about. That’s a very disgusting way to handle a customer. I had just added $50 to my 7 eleven app and had no other choice but to drive on EMPTY 5 miles to the next 7 eleven. Well he can forget about ever seeing me again and I will let everyone I know to stead clear of this store.

The card reader at gas pumps doesn't work. I went there multiple times and always had a problem reading my card. I went to BP around the corner. Their card readers work on the first swipe.

For starters, this place has the worst customer service of any 7-Eleven I’ve ever been to. Secondly I tried to make a transaction there today and my bank blocked. It literally telling me they’re so much fraud at this location that they’re not allowing transactions there anymore. I’m looking through the reviews and I see a bunch of people talking about their cards getting scammed or fraudulent transactions and when I tried to tell the manager she said it was my fault. The employees are always arguin with customers amd not helping them. Probably because they’re scammers. I’ll be calling corporate. 711 NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS GRIMEY FRAUDULENT STORE!!!! They need new management
