This place has young employees and they don't know how to serve the public, they make the ice creams as if we were going to order a gift and they also made fun of each other for not knowing English. I ordered three ice creams, paid 25 dollars and I only received one ice cream, they showed them that ice creams and what sizes and I think he was making fun, I had come to this place many times but I don't think I will ever return

My friend and I visited this location last Wednesday night about around 7pm. The new lucky charms flavor does taste delicious but was $7 for a small. Cold stone has always been overpriced so that’s nothing new. It was a little frustrating to see only one employee taking and making orders while there was numerous other employees standing around and chatting. Something that should’ve taken 5 minutes took about 10-15. If they were busier I’m sure more employees would’ve helped, but definitely not right to leave it all on one employee regardless of how many customers are in the store.

I ordered a birthday ice cream cake for my son's 6th birthday and paid for it over the phone with a store employee via credit card. When the cake was ready my wife went to pick it up and all employees in the store told her the cake was not paid for and they don't even offer paying for cakes over the phone. This was completely a lie because I had already paid for the cake in full over the phone a few days earlier. My wife had to pay for the same cake twice. I called the store to get to the bottom of the matter and an assistant manager named Chris told me he is not a professional because he is only 18 years old. I didn't even inquire about his age in the 1st place. I only inquired and asked him did he think it was professional that their employees forgot or didn't note that a ice cream cake had been paid for and made me and my wife pay for the same cake twice.

Came here last week and was so excited about getting my favorite order of ice cream. I found not 1 but 2 pieces of hair in my ice cream. I had to throw it out. Do better!

Terrible service. I’m obviously kind to the people handling my food but wherever I come here, I get just a basic scoop of ice cream, they give me this annoyed attitude. I even tip on top of the high prices but they still seem mad that I interrupted them or something.

I’m amazed in how much ice cream the gave me. I order the big cup that costs like 7 bucks and added chocolate shavings and coconuts but they gave me almost like 2 pounds of ice cream ? so yeah I couldn’t even finish it but it was worth it.

For ballpark $10 I got a couple tablespoons of ice cream and 4 gummy bears wiped onto a taco shell shaped cone that was already broken into three pieces. Also some jackass came in and ordered at the “pick up” area cashier and they really just went along with it and let him cut the line. Yeesh how hard is it to run an ice cream shop ?

Steve was simply incredible. He managed to climb and save my cat from a 77 foot tree all while scooping my ice cream and topping it perfectly. Give this man more money. Snuffles is so thankful. Meow

I appreciate the care that was taken for my daughter who has a dairy allergy. We noticed they carry an almond milk ice cream and wanted to give it a try. The employee who took my daughter's order prepared it in the back separately, with washed hands and new gloves. We were so happy to be able to enjoy ice cream as a family and feel confident my daughter's food was safe for her to eat. Thank you!!!
