What an awesome experience. I went there in a crunch. I was able to secure a unit in minutes. It was very clean, close and drive up entry. I felt very secure and safe.The building was well lit and I was able to view the cameras. There were moving carts Available so I didn’t have to lift my totes and carry to my unit. That was great. I was very impressed with the entire process fr begging to end. The at the front desk was well informed, polite and very respectful. He answered all my questions and was aware of guidelines. He was very quick and speedy. This storage is in a good location and times available open are excellent.
I would refer trip place to anyone. It’ open early and close late. Great operation.

Carla was exceptional. We ended up coming in for questions and directions for storage, and we ended up booking a unit right then and there. She was understanding and gave us time to think and personal space so that we could make a decision. We thank her for her customer service and more than pleasant demeanor.

He found the right size unit I needed for my Ryker.
I love the fact it's inside, nice clean secure storage space
I'm so glad I stopped pass because they weren't even where I had planned on storing my bike for the winter.

Miss.Karla was really nice and helped me through out the entire process with a smile on her face. I ended up getting a bigger storage because I pictured the original storage I got wrong . She was very helpful and I’m satisfied. Y’all she hold on to her, because she has a good personality for the business.

The best experience that I have ever had with a storage unit. Was greeted at the door by a nice lady (sorry I'm horrible with names) that helped my husband and I right away. Very clean and professional place. I would give ten stars if I could.
