Product Review
I recently had the Rae dual exhaust system installed with both mufflers and a resonator, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Compared to the Invidia R400 exhaust, the Rae system produces a much deeper and more refined tone that feels aggressive without being overbearing.
One of the standout improvements is the minimal drone—it’s barely noticeable even at highway speeds, which makes daily driving much more comfortable. At the same time, when you step on the throttle, the exhaust really opens up with a rich, throaty sound that makes the car feel alive. It’s the perfect balance of sporty and refined.
The overall build quality is excellent. Fitment was spot-on right out of the box, and the installation process went smoothly with no surprises. It’s clear the design was made with both performance and drivability in mind.
Shopping for performance parts can sometimes be overwhelming, but Melanie made the process so much easier. She was extremely helpful in answering my questions, guiding me through the options, and making sure I felt confident with my purchase. That level of customer support made a big difference.
Pros:

Final Thoughts:

Great place. Had a Perrin Intake installed and didn’t take long at all. Definitely plan to come back and start doing some tuning soon for my VB WRX. A bunch of people on tik tok have mentioned this place to get a tune for your Subarus. Would definitely recommend.

I could not be happier with my experience at Felix Performance - this shop is top notch. I drove 3.5 hours each way for a pre-dyno inspection and a DMann tune. The team at Felix went over my engine with a fine-toothed comb and found a boost leak that I was unaware of. They quickly fixed my leak and then it was time for the dyno - I am still watching the videos from that day and smiling....what an experience!! i waited over a year for this and it was so worth it - the car feels like a completely different car. thank you Felix Performance and thank you DMann!!!

Felix performance is awesome and their customer service is top notch! I ordered a accessport with a map for my stock airbox/filter. Well I saw online that removing the charcoal filter in the oem air box gives hp and I opened it up to find my factory filter was toast. Since I had to buy a filter no matter what I decided to contact Felix performance about buying a intake and changing the map I needed for it in which they got back with me in minutes about possibly changing the map I had just purchased with my ap. I hadn’t even opened the box yet. They were able to help me out with getting the proper map that I need. Couldn’t be happier with Felix performance and now have a returning customer for anything my vb needs. 😁

They blew my engine … drained it of oil , tried to say it was low on oil when if it was low on oil I would not have drive. 2.5 hours to there !!! She had to pull my car in the shop if an oil light was on she would have told me right then and there , and I also would have noticed when I got there !! I had an appointment at 8 am they got the car right in there but waited until 1230/1 to start dyno!! Once the car get strapped on dyno we go around back and he starts my car she then comes out and say your car has an oil light on….. I am shocked I say what how when I literally just got an oil change a week prior!!!! Brand new oil pan, oil, and filter!!! Couldn’t drive my car pass 2.5 rpms bc they gave me a base map for the jpipe until I got the retune !!! She was joking a lot about how I didn’t come to her for the first tune but any still did my first tune at psi!! Any even said the first time I got tuned damn dude this high of mileage your engine is very good everything went perfect !!
There was no oil leaking anywhere , no smoking anywhere , and no proof that the car was low on oil , only from their word!!!! I check my oil everytime I wake up in the morning head to work as a safety precaution!!!!! And when I go on long trip I do oil and tire pressure and make sure all my fluids are filled properly !!!! This was just to weird the way she was even interacting with me ….. like either she had a grudge or she was on the other end…….. ironic I was the only man of color there !!!!

Melanie and the entire staff provide excellent customer service and did great work on my car. I called and emailed with questions about modifications for my 2024 WRX, and Melanie gave me good recommendations. She even talked me out of a modification that I didn't actually need! I had them install an intake, AOS, and tune my car at their shop, and it was definitely worth the two-hour drive. Not only does my car perform better, but I also feel it is more reliable now.
During my visit, I met some really cool people who are passionate about Subarus. They came from New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. If you're within driving distance and need work done or want a tune, I highly recommend making the trip. It’s worth it!
