I was an out of state customer at Koons, coming from five hours away. The overall experience was pleasant, from initial conversations with Lacie, through the two or so hours at the dealership. I was very appreciate of it being a straightforward process. I certainly recommend Lacie and the dealership. The price of the new vehicle, as well as the informal trade-in value of my old truck the night before (no unexpected surprises upon arriving at the dealership), made it stress free.My only criticism is in the finance department. Partially my error in not seeking out the best rate prior to arriving. The Koons website advertising a certain interest rate, however I received a rate .3% higher.A negligible difference in price, but for someone with pretty good credit and history, I would have hoped they would have honored what was listed on the site. Every little bit helps.Again, overall recommend Lacie and Koons. I will certainly consider returning down the road for future vehicles.

Eric and Rodney at Koons Chevrolet did a great job getting me into a 2016 Corvette. I was an out of state buyer coming from 5.5 hours away. They made the process incredibly smooth and ensured that I was in and out of the dealership on the day I picked up the vehicle. By far the smoothest car buying process I have been through. Would very much recommend their team to take care of your next vehicle purchase.

Bought a Traverse here today and it was a smooth, no hassle experience. Sidney walked me through choosing my new vehicle as well as selling the old. They honored my Kelly Blue Book appraisal rate on the old vehicle with no hassle. They were even able to take care of financing with my credit union in house, so that I didn’t have to travel all over or make a bunch of calls. Great customer service, hospitality, and knowledgeability. Will be coming back when we need a new vehicle!

Best experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. The process was made very easy by the salesman ( Lee ) and the finance manager. There was no hassle, no pressure, everything went extremely smooth.

This place will send you a text asking for a review but would rather refuse all future sales and service to you if they don't like the review about your experience. Instead of trying to find a solution to fix the problem amd work with you. They don't mind taking your money when you buy a car but if you are dissatisfied with their service they just get rid of you now that they got you cash. It may not happen to all customers but it shouldn't happen to any. People have been told they are no longer wanted or allowed to bring their vehicles in or even buy one after they spoke up about their experience

Contacted Robert on the computer for a beautiful 2023 Black Diesel Burb I wanted to buy. He sent me a video and gave me lots of info on vehicle,drove down and bought it! Robert and Derek( Business MGR.) made it easy! Best experience w these guys and Koons Chevy rule!!!!!????

I would give a full 5 stars if it weren’t for my bad experience with Andrew who was less than helpful when it came to finalizing my sale due to a misunderstanding with my bank, but I’d rather give attention to the two AMAZING people who made the experience great. Lacie and Jerry made everything smooth and Jerry even took care of finalizing my sale since Andrew took another customer while I was trying to explain things to the guy at the bank who understood what happened within 5 minutes of me chatting. Once complete Jerry walked me to my beautiful new Chevy Blazer and showed me all the features I may have missed, popped the hood to explain the type of engine I had, and truly made the experience go from frustrating to joyous. Jerry and Lacie are absolutely amazing and if there’s ever a time we decide to purchase another vehicle I will be reaching out to them directly.

Just finished buying my second car from Koons White Marsh, almost ten years apart to the week (bought the Tahoe [left] in Oct. 2013 and traded it in today for the Traverse). Nothing has changed over that time in terms of them having a great team, a huge selection, and great prices. Can't recommend them enough, and if you end up with Keanu as your salesman, you'll be damn happy about it.

My buying experience would not have been nearly as memorable without the help from salesman Devon Carter. Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh is all business and they do not play games with their buyers. It is refreshing when a salesman can relate with you on a personal level and make you feel like a friend and not a dollar sign. If you’re in the market for a new/ used Chevy, this place will give you a fair value for your trade-in and Devon will take care of you.

Only giving a one star because I can't give zero. Purchased a 70th Anniversary Edition Corvette as a military retirement gift to myself. 1) Greedy: Charged over MSRP. I wanted a Z06 but Koons charges 60-70k over on Z06s. I said no way and went with the Stingray which they also overcharged for. 2) Incompetence: When I picked up my car I inquired about a red engine cover that was supposed to come with my car. They were adamant it didn't. Three months after the fact I was given the cover which I had to make a separate appointment to get installed. Had to take off of work and wasted time, mileage, gas. Worst part a rock flew and chipped my car windshield on the way home. 3) Incomplete delivery: I was not given all the accessories that I was supposed to get with my vehicle. Six months later, and I'm still finding out I didn't receive all my items. They are "looking" for the missing items now. 4) Dishonest: On the day of pickup they basically handed me my keys and were like "here you go."They didn't give me a walk-through of the cars functions, yet wanted me to leave them an all 5-star review with Chevrolet stating anything less than 5-stars was a failure to them. One of the questions on the survey was "did they give you a complete and thorough walkthrough and explanation of your vehicles functions. 5) Vehicle Damaged: They damaged my vehicle and ripped the paint off of the rear bumper. They said they would pay for the repair but their repair was SUB-PAR / unacceptable. I said I needed the bumper to look brand new and undamaged. They emailed me saying if that was the case I would need to contact my insurance and start a claim. 6) Ignoring the problem: I've contacted their customer service lead three times and left messages on their answering machine. I've also contacted their general manager and got his answering machine. No one has called me back. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go some place else that cares about the customer and just not the $... Picture of the damage they caused attached...I will say BIG Chevrolet / the corporate people have been super helpful in trying to resolve this.

My Chevy was was having shutter issues. I was able to explain when, where, a how I usually can replicate the shutter. The team was very patient and appreciative of the information. They were able to replicate my issue, diagnosed it, and start the repair process. My vehicle was under their care for about four days due to holiday weekend but I feel my vehicle was repaired and ready for me to pick up quickly. Happy with the repair and it fixed my shutter issue. Now I did notice my rear wiper was used at some point because the blade was in a different position. I attempted to use it to place it out of sight before I left their parking lot, it didn't work. I contacted them and was told it wasn't used. I know it worked when I dropped it off and insisted that it was definitely used. They offered me help to diagnose it. I checked a few things before pushing out more time and money and discovered the fuse was not secured correctly. Seating the fuse fixed the wiper. Could be a crazy coincidence but I never had a fuse issue like that in any of my vehicles. Team was very friendly and kept me posted on the status. Inspect your car before and after and just be respectful. Thank you.

This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. They kept my husband and I both informed of what was happening with the car and what the expected payment was going to be. The car is an older model and is running like a brand new vehicle. I read earlier reviews about the service here and was very hesitant about bringing my car to Koons but . . . they were fantastic. Would definitely use them again. GREAT JOB!

These guys are awesome! Bought my first truck from them and the entire process went very smooth. Everyone was patient and very welcoming. If you plan on stopping by I recommend Jason Strozier, very friendly and is willing to work for you to make sure you get the best experience.

I drove 45 miles to pick up a Tesla Model Y at this dealership today. I came with my our financing (a check issued by my credit union made out to the dealerships name). The used car manager Jerry insisted that they have to do a hard pull on my credit to identify me even after collecting my state issued drivers license. Store policy he said, unless I will give him the bank check and come back after 10 days to pick up the car if I do not want him to run a hard pull on my credit. It all shows the very bad business Practice KOONs dealerships employ to make an extra buck. Pressuring potential clients to run a hard credit pull in the name of verifying their identity is completely absurd. No state, local or federal law mandates that if the client has already secured financing from another lender/ bank. At the most, do an OFAC search which does not require a hard pull. Stay away from this greedy dealership.
