“This Guy was amazing! I had a personal issue with my car (2015 jeep renegade trailhawk) that didn’t involve a tow and all he did was touch it and identified the issue. I received helped before reaching out to him that was not done correctly, but he gladly was willing to help and make some adjustments. He has a great personality and didn’t make me or my partner feel uncomfortable as POC lesbian women especially being as it was night. I watched him the entire time he did his magic in which He did amazing and now my baby is back up and running properly!

“Nothing but positive things to say about Gary and his team. These guys treated me fairly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else I didn’t need. I’ve been in to have work done 3 times over the past few months and each time it went well. All work was done when promised and at the original estimate. They quick to get you in, quick to diagnose and quick to get you out.
After my first experience I knew these guys were cool. The first time I took it in was right after I arrived in Md. I was hearing a loud clanking noise underneath and wasn’t sure what it was. Gary told me bring it in next morning and they would check it out. I did and the mechanic looked it over. He tightened up something that was loose and said you good to go. Gary didn’t even charge me. Who does that anymore? This issue cost them a little time and money but they helped me out in a pinch and I appreciated it.
Needless to say I had no reserves about bringing it back to them for my other two issues. I just don’t let anyone work on my old Lexus but they earned my trust. They are my first go to now.”

“This business gets ten stars. They are well organized. Prior to working on your car they give you a comprehensive explanation of what’s wrong. I got a print out with pictures. They tell you your options on repair whether it’s worth spending a little bit more or saving for this particular fix they return my car in a timely manner. Also, the management is willing to stay later when you have an issue.”

“When I say top tier I mean top tier!! Angelo’s did the damn thing okay! He was great with his communication, he was patient and honest! Very polite and made me feel very comfortable as a young lady new to the car game not knowing anything about cars and hoping he wouldn’t get over on me. His pricing was very reasonable. I found this shop from google and had no idea what I was getting myself into. He did an amazing job fixing my brakes & rotors and repaired my hose for my brake fluid. I will definitely be returning for all my car issues! He even went the extra mile to top off my oils. Angelos is officially my mechanic. Thank you so much for working on my Honda accord. “The shop repaired my truck in June. The receptionist didn't tell me the job wasn't completed until I arrived. They claimed new Mercedes parts were on backorder for six months. I was pissed!
I followed up three months later by email; there was no response. Then I called. The receptionist had me on hold for 15 minutes. When I hung up and called back, the phone kept going to voicemail. I had time that day, so I drove up there. I asked the receptionist, who wasn't busy, to speak to the manager.
Rob Gibson, the general manager, informed me that they're under new management and hiring new people. He apologized for the delay and reordered the parts. Monday morning, the pairs were put on in less than an hour. I am writing this review to thank Rob (these stars are for you!) and to let everyone know this place is under new management. With Rob's leadership, hopefully, things will change for the better.”

“I want to say, that my husband read the reviews on this place and he said oh boy it's gonna be bad. I was thinking to myself ok let me just kill em with kindness and see what happens. I called and asked if I could come pick my things up from my car and the girl said did u send us an email about releasing the car to ur ins.? I said yes( right there I thought here we go) . She said what email was it, I gave it to her and she said yup I found it, ok so whenever ur ready just call us a half hr before u come. ( very nice young lady) . I called 30 min before I was coming and then another girl answered the phone and she pulled my email and said ok I will send someone down to help u locate ur vehicle. We got there and I couldn't figure out how to get in the place and a nice white truck pulls up and he saw that I was hobbling in a walking boot and said go ahead and sit in the car and I will come back and let u know when I find ur car. Such a nice man. He then came back and said u can go in that fence but don't go into far becuz u might get something in ur tire (he was concerned about my tires..very nice) we went in and started getting my things and a tow truck driver comes in and says we have to move so( I thought oh no) he could move my car out to the street,But he was actually helping us out. Over all I had the best experience with Frankford towing. And I would definitely use them again. Oh, and nothing was missing out of my car. And I left my coach sunglasses and cash in the console. 1k kudos.”

“My car transmission blew on the way home from ocmd on 2 North/Ritchie Highway. I have geico roadside assistance that works with this towing company. They called me to let me know they were on their way and arrived in a quick 30 minutes. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman- he was personable & professional. Would highly recommend.”
