I'm disconcerted to offer this review, but it is what it is. Turner Roofing did our residential roof, a relatively unique flat butterfly roof style on a midcentury modern house, a large and very pricey job done in tandem with a whole house renovation. There's plenty good to say about Turner - I enjoyed speaking and working with the Turner folks; they generally seem very nice, caring, diligent, in some ways went out of their way to do a good job, and generally the outcome is acceptable (with some issues aside from the next point). Except during the occasional torrential rain. There, the picture tells the story, and a river pouring off the roof is not acceptable. One obviously can't stop such episodic rains from occurring, but there are ways to divert and route such quantities of water; in short, to manage such situations. Nor was this concern a surprise as, going into the job, drainage during torrential rains was my top concern that I'd repeatedly conveyed. Specific efforts in that regard included ensuring a main drain spout was properly sized and having tapering to divert some water flow to other roof drain points. Also, to be clear, during this storm the drains were not clogged as the likelihood of heavy rain was forecast and I had just been on the roof to ensure drains were clear. But, I've now written to Turner multiple times asking them to help come up with a solution, which I don't think would be all that challenging, and sadly there's no response.

I know their work…it’s top notch. They take care of their customers.I know their employees…family owned business & they have that family feel.Ladies in the office are very kind. I was scheduled to have an estimate last night. No call. No show. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Definitely would not use if can't show up for an estimate!

The estimator, Mr. Mann, showed up on time and was very professional. He explained the entire process and pricing to me, as this was my first time purchasing a new roof for my home. The crew was excellent and the job was completed within one day. I am very satisfied with my new roof and I highly recommend Turner Roofing Company for your next project.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Turner Roofing from start to finish. Lou, their estimator, proposed use of all top quality materials (regards to underlayment, ridge vents, flashing, ice dam protection, drip edge and architectural shingles) for our home in their cost estimate, not as optional add-on costs. No nickle and dime game played here. Since I mentioned I had an ongoing roof leak, Lou's estimate also included a couple of sheets of plywood. As promised, I was contacted the day before materials were to be delivered, the day before the work was to be under taken, and the one day job was completed within two weeks of the estimate. Last, but not least, the workers were polite, respectful of our property, professional and clean up was thorough and complete. The last item is especially commendable since our home is surrounded on three sides by large and medium sized trees, as well as bushes.Services: Roof installation

We are very happy with our new roof.Was finished in 1 day, The Roofers are experienced ,they did great job and they were polite.They cleaned up around the house nicely. I have absolutely no knowledge of roofing so I’m sure when I called I was a nuisance. I was just trying to make my husbands job easier. I called to schedule a service for our roof and I had tons of questions and concerns. Ms. Keisha answered the phone and was the sweetest. She was patient with me and never once let me feel like I was bothering her. Although my husband found someone else I recommend Turner Roofing Company because the customer service was impeccable. During this hard time I appreciate her empathy. It really goes a long way.

I made a call to Turner Roofing Company and spoke with a woman named Keisha in regards to an estimate on a new roof and an estimate on gutter cleanings for two different places. Keisha was VERY knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She answered every question I had with no hesitation in a respectful professional tone as well considering I had ALOT of questions.
