This post office has one of the most friendly staff that I've seen in years. They helped me after an extraordinary horrible experience at the Golden Ring Road location.
The staff was friendly, polite, courteous, but most importantly RESPECTFUL to me and others.
I did bring up one thing and that was the parking lot. The lot needs to be redone as the yellow line which was faded is supposed to accentuate stepping up. I didn't see it and it caused me to fall. A customer coming out asked if he could help me up which I declined. I brought that to their attention while inside.

The customer service and disrespect in this place is terrible, especially from a rude man with so few values who serves here. You should see the recordings of how he disrespects customers, even yelling at them whenever he wants. I do not recommend this place!

When I came in to ship a package Tom was the only employee and he wasn’t very pleasant from the beginning, he seemed like he had an attitude from the start when he told me I needed a return address written. Once he told me my total, I asked why it was so much because I ship this exact package out to my customers daily, and it’s never been the price he told me today. At that point, he became irate with me and started shouting at me in the middle of the lobby saying he’s tired of people telling him he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, which I never once said. I simply was inquiring about the price before I paid. He then called me names and said “I’m the post office and I’m not shipping your package so get out” and when I asked his name because I was reporting his behavior, he said I was the rude one for asking about the prices. I’ve never been treated like that by anyone, much less a postal worker.

I often come here to send packages or important documents, even though it's over 4 miles from my house. I assure you that within a 5-mile radius, there's no better USPS than this one. I love the dedication, friendliness and care of the girl who works here.

Does not inform residents that their mail is stolen on the weekends in the outside Dropbox because the mail office does not want to "alarm" the residents

This post office is small but adequate. The free parking slots are limited to 8 vehicles, and they are first come, first served. The postal Support Employee is courteous and helpful. The available selections of those booklets of forever postage stamps are good but could be better.
