If you want your medication and service don't go to this CVS. They are lazy and incompetent. Don't ask them questions because they will never have answers for you.

I would love to know how it's acceptable to open your pharmacy 8 minutes late and with no sense of urgency and no attempt or thought of offering an apology to the people who have been waiting. When the young lady finally opened, she was dry and nasty and could care less that it was past the time they were supposed to be opened. When someone is sick and in need of their prescription, 8 minutes can feel like an hour to them, this to me is just egregious and I am not sure how CVS allows this pharmacy to get away with providing this kind of service in the community. Clearly from other reviews they are doing an overall poor job. I will never have my prescriptions sent here again nor will I patronize this location for even a pack of gum. Just awful.

I understand being short staffed and having a work load that might be overwhelming. However, what I can’t understand is being so nonchalant about providing people good customer service. It doesn’t make sense that 36 hours after a prescription was electronically sent that I am still without my pain medication. There is absolutely NO communication about the status of meds and there doesn’t seem to be anyone who can answer your questions. Do better CVS!

Prescription was placed on a Thursday by doctor. It was now a Saturday and prescription was never filled. They dont answer the phone lines either. GO SOME PLACE ELSE TO HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTION FILLED. unless you want to put your life in jeopardy! 0 Stars!

I just moved to the area and had to transfer my prescriptions over to this location. I was worried that my insurance wouldn't cover it, the pharmacy tech told me to look into GoodRX while she gave my original pharmacy (out of state) a call to see what she could do. She was kind enough to give me a call back and put my mind at ease, letting me know my insurance still covered my medication, and that she would have it ready for me within the hour. Very kind and go out of their way to make sure their clients are taken care of.

I must say my last two reviews have been negative. Ive been about 3 times in the last 2 months and the service has improved for me 100%. The staff is only as good as the head. Thanks too the New Pharmacist her positive attitude as moved to the rest of the staff. Thank yiu

I have been on hold for over 30 minutes to ask a simple question. When I go into this pharmacy, there are usually 6 people in the pharmacy area. Why can’t one of them answer the phone. I understand wait times, but over 30 minutes. I finally hung up.

If I could give them no star I would. They are the worst cvs I have ever been to. The wait is extremely long and the start is rude. They act like they have no care in world. I was even given someone else’s prescription once.

Slow. Took half hour per car in one instance. With number of cars in line, last one would wait eight hours. Personnel are nonchalant, clueless. Needs audit by corporate.

Worst place to get prescriptions, the staff is rude. I dropped off my prescription at 10am the pharmacist said it would be an hour and a half I come back 4 hours later and it still isn’t ready. Ridiculous
