Overall pretty good experience with ExtraSpace Storage. Very clean facility and seemed secure. They are a bit on the pricey side, which is why I chose to move out as soon as I was able too. Great for a short term solution if you need to clear out a space for month or two.

Decent and clean storage facility. Relatively easy process. All was good until (literally out of no where) my monthly rate doubled from ~$80 to over $160. I’m fully aware that prices are adjusted according to the going rate in the area and what not. But a whole 100% increase on the rate is flat out ridiculous and inexcusable in my opinion. Just OK experience with the company.

Kwame- Hope I spelled his name correctly, is wonderful to work with. I thank the Lord for him. If it wasn’t for him, my stuff would be put on and on eBay for sell. He’s is such a tremendous blessing to be working with, real, straight to the point. My experience with ExtraSpace has been great! I’m still renting with ExtraSpace until I move. Thank you again!

Was looking for a medium size storage room, I spoke to an employee about looking at one one, He took me to go and see the space it is nice and spacious. I started renting. Excellent Customer Service too.

This is the first place that has a light bulb in the individual bays. Makes a huge difference during the winter and at night during periods of limited visibility.

Renter beware - Predatory practices!
Don’t be surprised if they jack your rent up by 2 to 3 times a few months after moving in. Although the rate is not advertised as a teaser rate, the rate that they advertise is, in fact a teaser.
response to response from owner. - When I first contacted as they sent a post card 15 days before increasing the rent, they denied that raising the rent from $95 a month to $195 was deceptive (raising the rate 205%) after renting for 5 months. They cut it back down to a 160 making it only a 170% increasee

I have nothing but positive remarks for this storage facility. From the clean environment, to the responsive and understanding staff. This storage facility is a place I would always recommend to anyone. I accidently left my unit unlocked and the staff, who preforms their duties, found my unit unlocked during their scheduled checks. Secured the unit for me and called to update me as well. They are very responsive with customer service, anytime I have questions and concerns, I feel as I'm being understood and actually listened to with real solutions or explanations. In the age we live now, where customer service has become a shadow of it's former self. I'm glad that the staff here outshines all other examples.

Your special for 4 months was great. Then after the special rate was over your price for the stoqtge unit. I rented was 3 times as much and ridiculous.
