“I went here for an oil change. At first, I was told they were closing at 3pm instead of 7 or 8pm and the gentlemen didn't know why. The problem is that I had an appt for 3pm. Initially, that threw me off because if I have an appt for 3pm, compliments of your site, why would you not honor it. Well, they did, and I was happy. The associates were hilarious and friendly (although he made spend more than what I intended ? and the gentleman that rang me up made jokes as we discussed his previous visit to Kissimmee), they were wonderful. However, it was the INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL Black majestic and broad shoulder male I have ever seen. He was tall, built, teeth whiter than white, great smelling cologne, and helped me find one particular item in the store. I won't go into more detail than that with the risk of sounding crazy. In short, I will only shop at this Wal-Mart, the automotive team and other associates were on point.”

“I stumbled upon this place locally and saw why some people called it a hidden gem on Google. We're from California so our idea of "Taco Tuesday" includes Cali-style street tacos and those can be found few and far between here in our new city. I entered and immediately thought of the local markets around where I grew up. Fresh produce (fruits/veggies/staples and specialties like Aloe and nopal leaves). The aisles were well organized and clean. There were multiple types of products ranging from Mexico to South America and even the Caribbean. The bread/pastries were fresh and looked so delicious! I was able to find the size tortillas I wanted and also order the carne asada and carnitas which was dressed with cilantro, onion, and pineapple. (It turned out delicious by the way!). There were also other goods including piñatas, toiletries, different cheeses and cremas, and so many other goods! Super affordable and fresh! It's connected to a taqueria which I talked my husband into trying very soon! Lastly, the cashier and other shopkeeper were keeping busy adjusting shelves and assisting customers. Definitely recommend for your next Taco Tuesday!”

“I have shopped here over Twenty -five years.Nicest people ever from Cashiers to Car department. The Electronics people are amazing! The Shoe department is also very nice and well stocked. I get amazing customer service in Camping /sports also. I am impressed how they really try to keep up milk and frozen stock! Carts done often and parking lot clean! The Eye glass place friendly. I may not say this enough but staff have been there many years and work so very hard to load shelves and are super nice to customers. For volume they try really hard so Ladies give them a break and help be neater in bathrooms. My only regret is they do not sell tires or install, them.Health and beauty is also great they put out lots of stock to keep up but sometimes run low but that is to be expected Great at back to school and holiday decorations displays .They really try for space they have!Good laundry department for laundry products. All round great store.Oh also have a good men's clothing and sock /underwear department!I Find my light bulbs for car here!”

“Nice location, wait times for checking out can be long. Also it can be hard to find a cart sometimes. Other than that I have no complaints. The pharmacy has long hours and is open on weekends. The pharmacists change a lot but they are always nice and helpful.”

“I was very impressed with safeway during the coronavirus crisis. They had a good amount of food stocked unlike other grocery stores I have been too. They also have several steps in place to have people keep social distance. They also made 2 announcements while I was there for 30 mins encouraging people to keep a 6 dt seperation”

“Great store, been shopping there since they opened. As a friendly and helpful staff. But with that being said, i really wish the cashiers were trained NOT to put soft bread and rolls in the same bags with the heaviest items i bought. For three years ive had to watch the cashiers to make sure they dont do that.......which each and every one of them would have done it, had it not been for the fact that i was watching them bag my stuff. I mean soooo many times i had to stop them from putting my soft bread in with my canned goods! I thought it was common sense to to not do that, but i guess not.”

“On March 16th after a family affair we had a small get together at my brothers place. I ran into the store for a few things that we needed. The store was practically empty. I zipped down the isles and then made my way to the register. I was feeling tired so I went to a cashier and boy am I glad I did. Out of all the Safeway(s) in the area this is the first time that checkout was 100%. I approached the young lady named Wendy she said hello and did you find everything okay. She quickly checked me out even put my bags in the cart as they were filled with drinks. WOW! I paid and for the first time a cashier asked me do you play monopoly. I said you are the first cashier to ask me that. She smiled and told me to have a good night. Amazing, simply amazing. Wendy is top notch. Retail is tough - I was in the industry a few years ago. I looked for CS representatives like Wendy. They were hard to come by. Thank you Wendy for the greatest experience ever at a Safeway in the DC, MD and VA area. You're BRILLIANT and I hope your supervisors see this!”
