“I took my truck to be serviced for an oil change, on the road on my way out of town for work I noticed a ticking sound coming from underneath the hood . I took it to a local ford dealership in North Carolina and was advised that there wasn’t enough oil in the truck and that it needed two quarts of oil. I then called the LaPlata ford dealership where I got the oil change the day before and spoke with Heather the service manager about my situation. She apologized for the inconvenience paid for the additional oil and offered additional oil change and maintenance services due to the inconvenience when I got back to Maryland. Upon my arrival back to Maryland I took the truck back to the LaPlata dealership to be serviced for what appeared to be a transmission leak . With no hesitation Heather had her top mechanic Mr Gene took a look at the issue and upon inspection did find a small leak . Miss Heather was kind enough to take care of the repairs due to the inconvenience that was caused from my initial oil change experience. Heather and the employees at LaPlata ford went above and beyond their job to make things right . I recommend this service department if you ever have a issue or repair for your vehicle .”

The service center is especially awesome, always friendly, helpful and keeps me inormed of their progress and answer all my questions whether it is a short service visit or an extended repair/recall work. When I call i speak with a human and if I have to leave a message my service advisor always contacts me back as soon as they can. “wow - if I could give higher than 5 stars I would… incredible experience from start to finish! Chuck H was amazing - super kind, knowledgable, not pushy. I walked in, fell in love with a Sportage (had the intention of wanting a soul) and we immediately proceeded with purchasing. Janet in finance was a powerhouse in the best way and taught me a lot about financing/ rates. My biggest pet peeve with dealerships is feeling pushed - but I never felt like that for a moment here. “As advertised! He sold my son and I a salvage titled car however 99% of the repairs were complete. I purchased un-inspected which was fine. Needed a couple of rear tires, 3rd. Brake light bulb and rubber brake pad. Found out an A/C line is leaking but he gave us a great deal!”
