“My starter went out on my truck and I normally take it the dealership for all my repairs. Every dealership were backlogged for a week. I remembered Padgett Shop, because they are in my area. I called and spoke with Tyler a very nice and person with great phone etiquettes. Long story short, I bought my starter at the dealership and Tyler installed it for me the next day. He checked me in and about an hour later, he called and said he was finished. It's been a few days now and I'm still a satisfied customer”

“I have had 35 suv cars and this is the worst vehicle, that I've purchased. I purchased a 2021 Sorento. Problems with windows and door locks, child proof locks, the engine is still on after cutting the car off, Sometimes the radio won't play and the handbrake phone sometimes don't work. I asked service for a loaner car last week and spoke to service tech week before that. I am at Dealership right now. All customers have been given updates on their vehicles but I have to go to them and ask. Every customer is long gone. New customers have arrived and get updates on their vehicle but I have to ask for information on my SUV. I feel looked over since arriving at 9:15 and it is 2pm. I am recording the problems for my SUV in case something serious happens to me while driving this Kia Sorento. Nobody cares at this dealership. I'm so sorry I purchased this vehicle. My car payment is up to date and feel you should pay me money to drive this expensive vehicle”

“Recently, I purchased a truck from this location, and not even a month later ran over some debris on 495 from an accident and damaged one of my tires. I called the next morning and spoke with the Assistant Service Manager, Jarvis, and he was able to put another tire on my truck right away!The customer service was on point and they were able to replace my tire in a short time frame. I will be back for additional services!”
“Overall, we have always had great service at Waldorf Chevy. The work they've done has been outstanding. They replaced the throttle body position sensor on my 2014 Chevy Equinox plus routine oil change, tire rotation etc. All was completed in a timely fashion. My only concern is the level of communication - there needs to be more pro-active communication. I shouldn't have to call to find out about the progress of my vehicle. My vehicle was completed on Friday and I could have picked it up on Saturday but no one notified me that the work was completed. In fact, no one from Waldorf Chevy ever called me, I had to call. I find this to be unacceptable on every level.”
“Had a good experience buying a 2008 smart car from Daniel. I was skeptical at first because of all the negative reviews from the past, but they are under new management and they sold us a car in very good condition and were very honest. There is a 200 dollar commission fee when you buy a car, but they were very honest and trustworthy.”
