This location is NOTORIOUS for messing up delivery orders!! The amount of money they spend reimbursing people because their employees can’t follow simple step by step instructions, is actually insane. Hard to believe they make a profit. They need to sit their employees down and teach them how to read! How do you mistake a strawberry protein shake (beverage) for a chocolate covered strawberry Greek yogurt bar (clearly a food item) ??? Additionally, they never answer the phone so you can’t even address the order issues.

If the red head manager is working you can guarantee they won’t be selling something because he’s too lazy for a full menu. Some kind of coffee or food items won’t be an option to order because he will remove them from the screen menu

Kristina - cashier was very unprofessional and needs additional training in attention to detail. I asked if she could break $100 before she opened the register, she replied yes. She rung up my $9.00 items and proceeded to start counting $5.00 bills. I told her I didn’t want $5s and $1s as my change and to give the $100 back. She then drops the $100 in there safe and says, I dropped it and we can’t open it. I told her I wanted my money back. She huffs and sighs and calls a manager. Ashley - manager was so apologetic and welcoming. She was very polite and professional. She asked if I could wait around for the register to get a few $20s. I told her I didn’t mind waiting because the stack of $5,$1s wouldn’t fit in my wallet. I truly thank Ashley for helping me out. Kristina, if you want to make it out of WAWA, check your attitude and take a few customer service courses.

Night staff completely unprofessional. Placed order on kiosk and the team behind the counter refused to make anything. At 10:00p.m stating they stop making all drinks. I’ve been to this location several times before and have received drinks. The younger staff needs better supervision.

This is my favorite Wawa because it’s the closest one to my home. I can’t say that I’ve always gotten great service or great food, but it hasn’t been the worst. Until last night when I stopped in to grab a sandwich after a very long day at work. I ordered an oven roasted turkey sandwich on marble rye. I asked for bacon to be added as well as tomato and cucumber. The bacon was extremely cold and not well done at all just some flimsy cold bacon that she piled on the sandwich. Not to mention, the cucumber and tomato were not fresh!! After working all day all I wanted was a good Wawa sandwich and this was horrible!!!

Worst wawa is somd , i keep giving them chances to make it better but this is the 5th time in the last 3 months my sandwich was wrong , taking my business to the one in la plata this one is a waste of time, ill take the extra 10 min trip , so i can get what i actaully ordered , i somehow never seem to have a problem w getting what i ordered there ??

I Wanna take time out to recognize the cashier "Rolly" who took care of me and my boys earlier. He showed patients gave suggestions and controlled the in superb Fashion. Awesome young man ! you Guys Have A New coffee Regular!!!
