DONT BUY A WEEDWHACKER HERE!
These people are incompetent. I bought both a weedwhacker and a chainsaw, both by Stihl. The chainsaw itself is far from great and the plastic cover will not stay on.
The weedwhacker, though, works great and is the same modern sold everywhere. HOWEVER, these people don't stock parts for it.
WORSE, they have never seen these parts. They had to special order a string guard it cost $5.82. They never called me to tell me it was in. I went to pick it up and paid cash $5.82. Went home, and it's not the right one. OK, these things happen, took it back, explained everything. They refused me a refund. They told me a check would be issued. It's been a month, no check. They told me they reordered a whole box of them instead of just 1. They have yet to call.
I told them how important this piece is. I'm starting a small gardening business, and I absolutely need my weedwhacker. It was down for 10 days waiting for these clowns. I wound up replacing the whole head. No other stihl dealer in town has ever seen that part, and no one has any...
Don't buy anything from these people that is not a tractor, and even then, get a second opinion before you give these idiots 1 penny.

Before you purchase any equipment here, consider this Story.. I originally inquired about a John Deere tractor that was online and come to find out it was sold the previous day. The sales persend after back-and-forth convinced me to go with a new tractor that is for my landscape company so I went with. I decided on a 3032E with attachments.I was told that it would be shipped to Newark Delaware for me to pick up with everything ready in about a week. I was called 8 days later telling me it. It was ready to be picked up so I drive 1.5 hours to pick up my tractor. I Get there and there is no attachments ready. And my imatch system was not even there. The people in Delaware. We're more worried about clocking out at 5 o'clock. Then, servicing and getting my machine ready. I Talk to my sales rep and decide to take the tractor and go get the imatch system from my local dealer So I don't have to drive back to Pick It Up in Delaware. I then go to my local dealer to pick up the imatch system and get a smart attitude from the sales person there. When I told him what I went through and said well, we could have helped you here. I now have a tractor that i Put the attachments on myself And I also did not receive the manuals that I was supposed to.. They have turned what was supposed to be a happy experience of getting a new piece of equipment into a nightmare.

It's been a rocky road with my John Deere 3046R, and the verdict is still out on whether I'd purchase another. I believe that the newer models have too much 'gingerbred' and this leads to expensive and time consuming repairs. That said, I want to thank Steve at Atlantic Lawn and Garden Service. Despite a frustrating case, he 'steered the course' and maintained his calm demeanor, even when I lost mine. I know he went to bat for me and that deserves a Hi Five.

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE! I recently dropped off 4 small wheels and tires for replacement for my grandsons go cart. Changing the small tires can be inherently difficult without the tire machine. They were done on time and all seem to hold air. I went to check out and the “Manager” told me the bill was $286! Naturally I responded in disbelief. The brand new tires only cost $120! I can have all 4 tires changed AND balanced on my 4x4 for a hundred bucks. Apparently their new pricing put tire work at $135 an hour with a minimum half hour charge per tire! I feel ripped off! Taken advantage of. And more than anything disappointed that I can’t trust my local dealership to be fair to working people. I’ll never return to this store. Shame on you.

Rick, the salesman was very professional. And when I had an issue with my new mower, they took it back to fix immediately. As of right now I will be using them for future purchases.
